How to define the Group Policy Management when bulk adding Windows servers via Active Directory?

  1. Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Group Policy Management
  2. Right click on your domain and select Create a GPO in this domain, and Link it here in the console tree.
  3. Provide a name for New GPO.
  4. Right click on the new GPO and select Edit. This will open up Group Policy Management Editor window.
  5. Select Computer Configuration > Policies > Windows Settings > Scripts > Startup.
  6. Double click on Startup to open Startup Properties window.
  7. Click Add and select Browse option to select the script \\MyServer\MyShare\InstallAgent.vbs. The script should be accessible by the target Windows servers.
  8. Close the Group Policy Management window and click OK.
