Exclude notifications based on tags
One can now configure Third Party Notifications based on Monitors, Tags or All Monitors. Based on Tags works on an include, which is tricky, because if you forget to tag a resource, you won't be alerted. Could you foresee the option not only to include based in tags, but also to exclude? So we get alerted for all monitors, except the ones with certain tags.

We recently ran into an issue where our SPF record exceeded 10 domain lookups. The domains included in our SPF record updated to include more domains, and the total number of lookups exceeded 10. It would be great if there was a way to monitor the number of SPF domain lookups.

Feature Request for StatusIQ: Response Time by Local inside StatusPage
Inside the Monitor's Page, there's a chart called "Response Time by Local" (my interface is in Portuguese - Brazil, so maybe the name is different in your page), and this chart shows the response time by local, and i can un/check any local I want to show a more precise information. Feature Request: Netflow - Stacked Area Chart over time for Traffic Conversation/Application
Hello, we are very happy that you introduced the netflow feature in site24x7. It would be helpful for us if you can show a stacked area chart for selected time range for application/protocols traffic and conversation traffic. And is it also planned to show all network information in the native iOS/Android App? For servers it is already very useful. APM Feature Request: Java Metric for Connector Threads in use

Poller Status displayed on Dashboard screens
I would like the ability to show the status of the Site24x7 Poller (On Premise and Mobile) Mobile poller (deployed to android device) does not appear to have a monitoring agent therefore doesnt get displayed on any dashboard/monitor screen. Historical Alarm report
Currently we don't have option to generate report of historical alarms generated for proactive problem management purpose. What we have is alert logs that sends email to specific users and there is a limit of 500 email per day and may not generate email beyond that. We need a report that should have the columns like Monitor Name, Host, Severity, DateTime, Monitor Type, Alert Msg, Technician, Reason etc. This is a critical business requirement. Limit monitoring/alert by time of day
We currently monitor one website service. Due to website function, service has an important reduction in performance every night, for communication factors. That is a controlled circumstance, and means no issues in the offered service (website is intended for daily, country labour time usage, and have no night accesses). Adding Maintenance Windows with Tags
Since tags are becoming a large part of Site24x7, it will be a great addition to be able to schedule maintenance based on tags instead of by monitor or monitor groups. For example, you may have blog sites across multiple groups but having to select multiple monitors across the groups, one can easily tag each of them with a tag for blogs and use that tag to schedule maintenance.
Allow Monitor groups to be excluded from Agent Automatic Update
Can you please implore the automatic agent upgrade option to allow exclusions by host name and monitor groups not to be included if the automatic update is turned on, currently its either all servers or none, this is causing issue for some critical systems if the agent failed to update. Thank you!

Discover interfaces of a network device - include the current status of interfaces
Hi, It will be good to have the ability to show the current status of an interface while rediscovering interfaces of a network device. Currently it only shows "Display Name" and the "Interface Type" as per attached screenshot. Please add a third column "Interface Status" such as up / down / administratively down etc. This additional information will be helpful to identify which interface to select to monitor.

More granular Rest API content check
Currently we have the ability to evaluate returned values from Rest APIs with JSONPath or XPath or even just text, and mark the service as trouble or down based on the result. Add monitor in Suspend mode with future Activate date
Would it be possible to have an option added for future Enable date? This will be an important addition for newly added monitors to be able to be created for upcoming endpoints so we don't have configuration error monitors or monitors marked as down. This would allow customers to add new monitors for upcoming endpoints ahead of schedule and have them waiting in suspend mode until they are put into production and then have the monitors automatically enabled instead of having to go to each monitor
APM Feature Request: Java Metric for Blocking Threads and doing Thread Dumps

This is possible if you do a thread dump in the background and count all the threads which are in state "BLOCKED". This is very helpful in analysis when application hangs or very slow. Windows server disks missing alert
Hi there, we have many many windows servers, all with the disk size usage monitored. We had an incident this morning where a disk on a server failed, so the drive went offline. Site24x7 however, does not alert when a previously attached disk is no longer available. Could we please ask for a feature request as a matter of urgency, to add this capability so we get alerted.
Bulk 'Mark as Maintenance ' option
Sometimes we forget to schedule the maint window in Site24x7. Especially as our maint windows are fluid, and move around because of month-end, workloads, etc. So for the automated installs/reboots of patches on the weekend, I have to go in and manually mark each outage as maint. It's a cumbersome process. And, if you move your mouse too much, the dialog box disappears. It's a pain, and I only have about 30 servers. I can't imagine a customer with 100s of servers attempting this.

Hello, if you created a realtime incident then it is not possible to edit the start or end time later in edit mode. This is not useful if you find out that an issue was already longer present since you created the incident. btw: maybe it would be better if you not offer the switch between "realtime" incident and "backfill an old incident". Could be confusing for the on-call duty process if you are under fire. What about entering always start and - if incident is already solved - end time? If no end

Monitor Network Location Windows Server
Would it be possible to get a feature added to monitor the Network Location Category on Windows servers. We recently had an issue where the network interface came up but the Network Category became Public rather than DomainAuthenticated, this meant that although the server was showing up in S24 it was effectively down as the incorrect Firewall settings had been applied. It is logged in Event Viewer, Microsoft-Windows-NetworkProfile/Operational, and you can see the category applied to the interface.
Option to schedule Monitor to ignore alerts not on maintenance calendar
We have a number of sites that run off generators. We know they go down at a specific time and come up at a specific time. We would like to have the option on the Network Monitor to schedule when we want to have monitoring on. Currently we have times setup in Maintenance but it clutters our maintenance calendar with items that are normal for a site and not actual maintenance. These sites are usually up for 6 months to a year then they are finished.

I really like the new and improved status page. And with my MSP account i would really like to use this for me and my clients. I mailed these request but was asked to create a topic. As of now.If we setup the server as priority 1 alert than it throws an alert for all alerts for that particular monitor. If we want if this is CPU alert than it should be priority 3 alert
Feature Request - Network Switch CPU and Memory for Dashboards (Top N)
We are migrating from Solarwinds to Site24x7. Previously we were able to display on our central NOC screens the Top 10 Network Switches with the highest CPU and Memory (in different panes) on our dashboards The only option available in Site 24x7 is to display CPU and memory in a separate graph for each device. Could you look at being able to report this in a top N table (appears to be availble for servers)
