System Report / Graphical Map of Monitor Dependencies
In Reference to Ticket #933054 As an admin I would like to generate a system report of all monitor dependencies, and have a visual dependency map, similar to www.site24x7.com/help/apm/application-dependency-maps.html. I don't want to go to each monitor to see the dependencies.
Server Persistent Uptime Monitoring
Sometimes servers in a Data Center can be left running for long periods of time without being given a reboot. A useful feature would be the ability to monitor how long a server has been running and set a warning threshold to alert once it's been up for a predefined amount of days. An Example would be for a Server that's been running persistently for 60 days without reboot to trigger a warning and notify agents so that maintenance can be scheduled in.
Pagespeed Insights on Status Page StatusIQ
Would it be possible to display the information regarding page speed insights on the status page.
Add the feature
Add the feature to get additional information in the APM exceptions , error logs alert email example details about the log path where error or exception occurred, currently we are just getting the error and exception count which is not sufficient for developers this is basic functionality that Monitoring tool should have please add this asap

SAML SSO
It would be awesome if Site24x7 itself would have a Single Sign On / SAML feature to be able to use our in house user management system like LDAP or AD to control user accounts. As I understand it, there is such a feature but it's part of the Zoho system and not available as a stand a lone for Site24x7.
Top 5 process CPU Usage in CPU Usage threshold violation of server is also appended in notified mail body
When CPU Usage threshold of server is violated, only CPU Usage is shown in mail notification. Can I have a option to append Top X CPU Usage process?
Monitor Domain Information

In a server, there is many process working. I want to view the graph of CPU usage transition of the each process which user can select including server CPU usage. It is not good to check several reports of the process CPU usage one by one and server CPU usage in the specific period. It should be a single report. It is easy for them to find out the root cause of the bottleneck in the troubleshooting.
Add the ability to customize StatusIQ maintenance notifications and other alerts subject line and body text.
The ability to be able to customize the messaging for maintenance notifications and also customize when the notification emails go out ie. last Monday of the month etc.
Maximum Values for selected Monitor Types on Dashboard
I would like to have the selected monitor types to show the max value whereas currently, it is only showing the average value. It will be good if we have the option to select in "Add Widgets" what value type we want on the dashboard (Example - Min, Max, or Avg.)
Language preference option in StatusIQ
Currently, Language preference option is not available in StatusIQ. We would love to be able to display the page in French as most of our clients are french. Regarding the few sentences/ words to translate, it shouldn't be that hard to implement Thanks!
Cron job end status
For the cron monitor but it would be really good if we could optionally return an exit status with the end ping. Currently on cron job failure we have to wait for the monitor to time out. PHP Webpage XML Value Monitor
We have some PHP Webpages that present statistic values in XML, it would be useful to be able to present these values as a monitor. One of the Values we're monitoring is a Percentage, and another is a 1 or 0 to show that a code function is running. At first glance it looks possible to do this using the REST API monitor and setting the XPath, however this doesn't present the value being monitored, it only changes status to trouble, critical or down if the value is unreachable. Please add some documentation for the jsonpath expression in the REST API monitor. I've been blindly trying some options, but having no luck. Coming from APIScience I need checks like "$.data.results[0].summaryText.length() > 10", are these possible in jsonpath? Monitor downloads from our website
On our site people can download items they buy from us but with Site24x7 we have no way to monitor: that the download started transmitted the correct amount of bytes completed successfully People buy fonts from us and once purchase is completed they download a zip file with what they purchased. If there was someway for you to monitor this transaction so that we could know the things I mentioned above that would give us much better insight into how successful our customers are for this action. Uptime reports - increase precision to 5 digits
For our metrics reporting our business measures us against a goal of five 9's. Current reporting only allows 2 digit precision (e.g. 99.97%). Would really like the option to run reports with 3 digit precision (e.g. 99.968%).

Dear, I see there are some alerting options for RDS, but freeable memory is not one of them, making it impossible to monitor memory usage. Why is it not there, as this metric is available in Cloudwatch Metrics? Can it be added? Thanks! Tom

Custom Dashboard widgets improvements needed
I am using a custom dashboard to display the status of a performance counter for all my routers. It shows me whether a router has failed over to a backup link or not. If the performance counter value is 5 (green), its normal and if its 1 (red) then its failed over to the cellular link. I have about 100 routers. Integration with Zoho Reports
I was looking at Zoho reports and noticed that there is no integration for Site24x7 despite this being a Zoho tool. Is there a way to get Site247 data into Zoho reports without having to do lots of custom coding or api connections or is tehre a roadmap to do this soon?
Django (Python) web applications support?
I've noticed on the Site24x7.com website that you're explicitly mentioning Java, .NET and Ruby on Rails as supported platforms for detailed server-side monitoring of web applications. How about Django,the web framework based on Python technology? Do you support analysis of Django applications and other Python code?
Feature Request: extend the current Invoke URL/REST API automation to do the request from an on-premises agent
Currently the automation task "Invoke URL/REST API" is working only for endpoints which are reachable from the internet. It would be helpful if we can invoke also an endpoint in our local network from an existing on-premises poller agent. Thanks, Torsten

CRM Contact Syncing for Signals Subscription
I feel there should be an easy way to import CSV's or have an automatic link between Zoho CRM and Signals. Ability to set Time-windows on File Modified Checks
We have many processes that update a file once an hour during office hours Monday to Friday. During those windows we should get an alaert each time a file is more than an hour and a few minutes old, but outside of officer hours and over the weekend the file not being modified is actually correct behaviour. What I have been forced to do because of how limited current file modified check feature is is to set the time to 24 hours, and alter our task to run 7 days a week. This gives us a warning a day

Maintenance Windows at Group Menu Level
I am requesting a feature to set Custom Maintenance Windows at Group Level from inside the Group view if you pull down the Group Menu you have options to set maintenance up to 60 min, we need set a custom period of time and duration see attached image, I am requesting the option on that menu I know it is possible do that from Operations Menu, but we need this feature at the Menu Level

Log All Uncaught Exceptions
The highest priority for me with any APM is to view segfaults or any uncaught exceptions. We're currently using the PHP APM and the info we were given is that in order do do this, we'd have to change the agent settings to capture every transaction regardless of length. The main problem here is that with tons of transactions I'm not so sure how well Site24x7 handles this and how much additional server resources this will take up. It would be very useful if the PHP agent logged all uncaught exceptions
Recurring monthly maintenance
Hi I wanted to configure a recurring maintenance. For example, I can configure a maintenance on the third tuesday of the month. But I cannot configure one for the thursday following that third tuesday. Use case: We have monthly updates on QA servers on tuesdays and updates on PROD servers later that week. The third thursday is not always following the third tuesday as it is the case in April 2020. Thanks
