One can now configure Third Party Notifications based on Monitors, Tags or All Monitors. Based on Tags works on an include, which is tricky, because if you forget to tag a resource, you won't be alerted.

Could you foresee the option not only to include based in tags, but also to exclude? So we get alerted for all monitors, except the ones with certain tags.
