Historical Alarm report

Currently we don't have option to generate report of historical alarms generated for proactive problem management purpose. What we have is alert logs that sends email to specific users and there is a limit of 500 email per day and may not generate email beyond that.

We need a report that should have the columns like Monitor Name, Host, Severity, DateTime, Monitor Type, Alert Msg, Technician, Reason etc. 

This is a critical business requirement.
