I see there is native checks for Failover Clusters Instances, but there are getting used less and less now, in favour for Always on AGs Can I please ask that this be added to the future development.
Parameter forwarding to step endpoint
In my next step I would like to follow this link from parameter forwarding however I am unable to enter the parameter into the endpoint input as the validation kicks in saying it is not a valid url. Are there any workarounds to this problem?

Does site24x7 support monitoring on Amazon EKS on Fargate?

Does it also imply enabling Container Insights support in ADOT Collector for EKS Fargate works for site24x7 too? Would it be possible to have Site24x7 report the current value that is reported back for any server Check e.g. file size, folder size. Issue with Windows where multiple hosts are recognized as one
Good afternoon friends, I'm getting in touch because I have a client that has 4 Windows 2019 VMs that were installed using the same application template and from what the person who installed it, sysprep had been run on it, but when I put the agent from Site24x7, the host is taking the Hostname of one VM and the IP of the other. I would like to know from friends if they know any way to check if the machine has the same installation ID and how to solve this without having to reinstall the system.

Two way integration with site24*7 and Jira We recently integrated site 24*7 with Jira ITSM for auto-ticket generation But site24*7 confirming there is no feature available to update Jira ticket information in outage comment section of appropriate URL for MSP customers if it went down. Like URL goes down in site24*7, Jira ticket will be created but i need that ticket information to be updated in site24*7 for that appropriate outage.

Could you help me by telling me if there is any way for the reports to show the complete and not partial periods in the reports that come out of the dashboards. For example, that 30-day report that the period 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. goes well. The dashboards that we can export in PDF then in PDF and this dashboard we share to our clients, and they are confusing to visualizing that dashboard because they can't see all days.

Currently there is no way to fully automate the deployment of site24x7 onpremise poller in a HA configuration. Deployment can mostly be automated, however setup of HA can only be done via clickops in the browser.

We are using a Web Transaction Based monitor to check whether our contact form on our site is still ok. Works great. We test it once a day, and we get the resulting email in our mailbox. Is it possible to monitor that mailbox for the daily arrival of that email?

PHP APM Insight Agent for Windows
I am installing the APM Insight PHP Agenet 3.2.1 from Site24x7 on Windows. This is on a webserver running PHP 7.4.4. Every time I receive an error "The application required PHP version 5.3 or above. Please install PHP and retry." As I said, I am running PHP 7.4.4. The Web application works, and 7.4.4. is the suggested version from our application provider. Linux monitors: prevent autoadding "disks"
Hello, Is there a way we can prevent linux monitors from auto adding mounts to monitor? Example: if you mount an nfs share for restoring a backup, this share will be autoadded by the agent and monitored. When you dismount this share later, then the monitor will go into alarm because the disk is no longer available.

Windows Failover Cluster MountPoints
We have multiple mountpoints with no drive letter running in our environment. I can see it in Site24x7 where it shows generic path names such as, \\?\Volume{0670809e-95e1-4233-994c-bb8b86550b2b}, the associated Volume Label and the size. I know I can set the Threshold Configuration for each of the child monitors, however, when it alerts, it only gives the path but not the name, therefore its hard to determine what the issue is for specific users. Hi Team, We setup an alerts of monitor on site24*7. We are getting JIRA ticket when monitor goes down. But also we are getting up alerts on JIRA when it comes up. So we don't want that up alerts ticket on jira. Only need down alert tickets. How we can change configuration setting for that monitors?
Less memory usage for internal pollers
I know the docs call for 8 GB of RAM for pollers but all we do is site monitoring, nothing more so we set ours up with 4GB, but we see a constant 80% or above memory usage on the pollers. Is there anyway to make these more efficient considering all we do is web monitoring? We run no custom scripts or other types of monitoring.
