Please provide an update as to when EU customers will be able to login in and post directly into the feature requests\community boards?

When we log into the portal it displayed the following

Your participation in our community is important to us. While we're working to support this in your domain, we recommend you to access www.site24x7.com/community/ and post your requests and comments as a guest user.

As a corporate user of your system, it is important that we can track the progress of requests. Logging these as a guest user does not allow this.

We have been using site24x7 for 6+ months with this issue being present throughout this time.
