Two way integration with site24*7 and Jira
We recently integrated site 24*7 with Jira ITSM for auto-ticket generation
But site24*7 confirming there is no feature available to update Jira ticket information in outage comment section of appropriate URL for MSP customers if it went down.
Like URL goes down in site24*7, Jira ticket will be created but i need that ticket information to be updated in site24*7 for that appropriate outage.
