  1. How does Site24x7 collect Azure service quota data?
    Site24x7's Azure monitoring tool collects Azure service quota data via API calls.

  2. Where should I update the quota metric profile after adding a service quota monitor?

    1. Click the hamburger icon near Service Quotas, which opens up the Edit Azure monitor page.

    2. Under Advanced Configuration > General Settings, near the Service Quota Metric Profile drop-down, click the pencil icon.  

    3. In the Metric Profile pop-up window, update the metrics which you wish to monitor.

    4. Click Save.

  3. How do I view all my subscription quotas in one view?
    You can utilize the Nexus view, which comprises the top 100 quotas across your subscriptions. Navigate to the Top 100 Quota Usages page and select All Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.

  4. How do I remove a metric from monitoring?
    If you wish to remove a particular quota metric from monitoring,

    1. Click the hamburger icon near Service Quotas, which opens up the Edit Azure monitor page.

    2. Under Advanced Configuration > General Settings, near the Service Quota Metric Profile drop-down, click the pencil icon.

    3. In the Metric Profile pop-up window, unselect the metrics which you wish to stop monitoring.

    4. Click Save.

      Notes
      This action will stop Site24x7 from monitoring the metric across all the monitored regions, and the metric will be removed from the immediate data collection.

  5. How will the license be calculated if I have 300 quota metrics that need to be monitored?
    Every 200 service quota metrics consume one basic monitor license. If you have 300 quota metrics, then it will cost 1.5 basic licenses, which will be rounded off.
