API for bulk monitoring
HI , I am looking for API to import bulk monitoring .or can I use the same create monitor API for bulk monitoring .Basically I want to create multiple monitoring at the same time.
Disk I/O load monitoring
In the server monitoring we can monitor the load and the cpu usage. But when the the load or CPU usage are high, it is not always clear what the culprit is in case of high disk I/O. To be able to quickly see that the disk I/O is the problem I would like to see the different categories of CPU load Linux has (user, system, nice, iowait etc) stacked in the CPU graph. APMInsight monitors going down for few users
We had a problem in one of the Database clusters. Services got affected for customers on that cluster. Time : Aug 26th, 8:16 pm - 8:20 pm (PDT), 8:23 pm - 8:58 pm (PDT). While majority of the customers were unaffected, few APMInsight customers who were on that cluster, would see their agents in down state. Reason : Since the user information was not accessible from the db server, the agents were marked as deleted. We have fixed and handled it in a different way and updated our build too. To get back
Monitor asynchronous SOAP web services
I've seen what is documented for the SOAP monitoring service that you offer but I don't see anything documented about asynchronous SOAP web services. The scenario is more complicated than a synchronous webservice requiring another endpoint to be available on site24x7's end which can be monitored for a technical acknowledgment type of request to come back from my site. Are you able to do something like this with your SOAP monitor?
Monitor groups sorting
On the monitor groups page, there is no way of sorting the groups so it can be a bit of a needle in the haystack when you have so many groups. We request for you to arrange the monitor groups and in fact all monitors in alphabetical order to make it easy to find monitors. It would also be better if there were hyperlink path so when in a monitor group, if i click on a monitor itself, and can navigate back to the group with one click. it would look something like this: Monitor Groups >>Test Monitor
Add Monitors to More than One Group
I'd like to be able to add an individual monitor to more than one group. For context, I'm using this service to monitor an entire hosting platform, and I'd like to be able to generate reports and dashboards based on various criteria for each monitor (i.e. different elements within our technology stack).

Translation glitch for nl-NL in Site24x7 UI
Hi, I spotted a small but annoying translation glitch in the UI of Site24x7. For our locale, (Dutch - nl-NL) the 'yes-no' sliders are incorrectly translated so they now read 'yes-number'. Hello, What ever happened to the Status page layouts? We use to have an option to select formatting. Please see attached image. We still have previous reports showing it, but cannot create new reports with it as is no longer an option.

How do you set specific notifications to specific sets of users for specific monitors or monitor groups? I have a couple diff monitor groups and I need to only alert specific sub-sets of users on each group.
Clustered SQL Server Monitoring False Alarms
I have two physical nodes in an SQL cluster, if one server is primary the other one shows as down in the SQL service agent monitoring. Should that not smartly know that the instance is of the same name and bypass or show it as standby in the alert monitor.
Change threshold to allow for Reboots?
I have several servers that I allow to auto-reboot in the middle of the night for updates, etc. Some of them take +/- 10 minutes to reboot. It is NOT always at the same time. During that time, 24x7 throws me an alert every time for every server Is there a way to increase the allowed amount of downtime so that if a server is down for 10 minutes its ok, but if its down for over 15 I want the alert? Is this just changing polling frequency?
Java APM Cassandra 3.X support

Configuration profile for AWS monitor
Hi, we're using the AWS monitor to check our AWS cloud resources - this monitor installs child monitors for VMs and other AWS resources and I am talking about this parent. For our systems, it triggers about every 4-5 days a brief downtime followed immediately by up again within 2 minutes. There is never any real AWS downtime and AWS resources are always available to users, so this must be a network or intermittent issue. I can't seen to configure this (parent) AWS monitor. How to retrieve a monitorid?
We are automating our agent deploy to AWS instances. Each deploy re-provisions the instances. I'd like to update the monitors group etc when the new instance is provisioned, however this requires the monitorid. At this time I cant find an API that will return the monitorid so I can update it. Web RUM not showing users in Turkey
21% of our user sessions are in Turkey, but the Web-RUM > Geographic tab shows zero users. The ISP tab does show some Turkish ISPs, so presumably data is coming through. Any idea why Turkey shows zero users? Also - sorting this table by "Page Views" sorts it alphabetically, eg: "8" is greater than "765". Thanks.
How do I save a response.
On my site monitor I see "Home Page is in Trouble" ... "The String ""Exception" "SQLException" "Error"" is present in the response" However when I look at the page it looks fine. I look at the page source and it doesn't contain any ot these strings. I try again and again and I never see any of them. So what I really want to do is ask the monitor to save a few of the responses so I can see what is going wrong. So I can see the error that the monitor sees. How can I do this? Jos
Log Report for Specific Date Range

Support browser tabs
Currently the Site24x7 interface is pretty much impossible to use with multiple tabs (e.g. ctrl+clicking a monitor link should open it in a new tab so I can inspect multiple monitors simultaneously... currently I have to go into the dashboard, find a monitor, click it, then go back to the monitor list, scroll back to where I was, click the next one, etc).

Hello, I work for an MSP and we are evaluating Site24x7 for monitoring our customer's services, I would like to know if there is an On-Demand pricing plan that we can use?, the fixed price plans are not a good fit for us since we need to dynamically grow and shrink the quantity and types of monitors we would use. I'm loving Site24x7 so far, but the pricing plans scheme is problematic for us; we have been using Idera monitoring (formerly CopperEgg), it is very limited on functionality and features
Log in as soon as I hit site24x7.com
Currently if I go to https://site24x7.com, I have to click the 'Log In' link to get to the actual dashboards. It'd be great if it recognised that I'm already a customer and so took me straight in. Alternatively, if there was a second domain I could hit instead (e.g. https://app.site24x7.com) that would do this, that would be the next best thing. A simple redirect to the login page would hopefully accomplish this?
