Hello, Is there a way to have the Linux agent grab information on services such as Apache, PHP and MySQL, such as versions, and display that in the Asset Details?
duplicate web sequence
I would like to request to ability to copy a sequence by changing the host. In my case, I have multiple instances of the same software running on diff servers. Right now, I would have to create a sequence for each, instead of just one. Thank you

I am trying to setup an Event Log Type under Windows Event Log. I want to point it to Event Viewer>Applications and Services>Microsoft>Windows>TaskScheduler>Operational How can I point to that? I am assuming I have to use the <> tag but how do I use it?

So we are checking our website from 3 locations (California, Chicago and Washington). We have a few monitors setup and they all report only if there is a failure of all 3 locations. Missed alert emails on Nov 5th 2015
Dear Site24x7 team. Yesterday evening we were performing some (scheduled) maintenance on our end. Exact time-stamp: between 2015/11/05 15:05 GMT and 2015/11/05 18:50 GMT. For some reason couple of email alerts from Site24x7 didn't make it to our mailboxes, through our MS-Exchange farm! From our logs I can see a possible negotiation issue. Can there be a shortened link added to the alert emails and SMS's that brings us to the monitor's detail page? So that we can easily put the monitor in maintenance mode or tell it to poll again now or suspend it, etc?

Notification in email "Server is up"
Hello, We just got th Site24x7 service and we age getting email notifications. For example when server is in "TROUBLE" after it we get that server is "UP". We also receive notifications when server is "DOWN" and after it is "UP". It is confusing. I do understand when server is "DOWN"- "UP", but when it is "TROUBLE"- "UP" is should be renamed or something in email notification.

It looks like currently the On Premise Probe can only be started manually and also runs in the foreground. I can probably write my own scripts for this, but It would be nice to have canonical supported versions.
Server monitor defaulting to IIS monitor

Conflicting On-Premise Pollers
Hi, we have 2 private networks (AWS) with ssh server hosts, which are both configured as IP 10.0.0.1 . There are other servers in the private networks with dedicated services. When I run the On-Premise Poller on one host, it correctly reports in Site24x7 as poller with host name ip-10-0-0-1 and IP 10.0.0.1 and all monitors work fine. Hi, This morning the site24x7 monitoring dashboard greeted us with "We'll be right back". As we have included site24x7 on information radiators across the company, this makes for a pretty bad sight. We have had plans to include site24x7 on screens for our customers to see. How can we make sure that there won't be anything but monitoring screens that we show?

Operations Issue at 12 Oct 2015, 21:52 PST
We faced intermittent problems starting 12 Oct 2015, 21:52 PST / Oct 13, 2015 10:22 AM IST due to a problem with our database server cluster. Data collection and polling was intermittent at this time for many customers and you may observe some points missing in the charts in the web console. The Site24x7 Web Console too was not reachable. Our engineers are working on this problem and we will update here once we have found the root cause. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.
Adding SSL from Network Solutions - Errors
Our main site that has certificate issue thru Network Solutions, and this reports SSL is invalid, that expiry date is 1969. One of our websites has cert issued from our Windows AD cert authority, and that reports just fine. As it is now, we can not add at all our primary site/service we wish to monitor. Simple SSL test of "www.networksolutions.com" will show the same result, as they are our issuer for certs. Looking at other random sites, appears to be just an issue with their CA and issued certs.
Consolidated Report for Monitors
Today if I have to get detailed report (with scheduled downtimes and reason for downtimes) I need to download or schedule individual report. can I get this in bulk someone in one shot? If it is possible to Schedule, it'd be great but if it is available only for download that would do too.
