API - list all current maintenance instances
We're using OctopusDeploy to release our software to various environments, and within the process we're querying the Site24x7 API to put servers in to maintenance mode so we're not alerted during releases. Once a successful release is finished, the last step of the process ends the maintenance object via the API. DNS Monitor: TXT Records with Substring Search
Hello, DNS TXT records are used for SPF entries in order to prevent SPAM on the internet. Currently, there is no ability to monitor TXT records with a Site24x7 DNS Monitor. We need to be able to monitor a DNS TXT record to see if a sub-string is found in the results in order to validate that our mail server IP address is in the SPF text of a TXT record. [Feature Request] New log type
I sent an email to support, but I just got an automatic answer back, so I am forced to write my request here. We want to use AppLogs feature, but our app generate logs by the following pattern: it creates log files with names those contain date, for example, 20190922. Every day it creates a new log file. A log file itself does not contain date field, only time. We want to analyse such logs, but www.site24x7.com/ doesn not support such log types / cases. Is it possible to implement this in the future?

When I have multiple Site24x7 tabs open, they are all called "Site24x7". This is very confusing because I can't really know what page of Site24x7 I am on by just looking at the tab name. Ideally, the name would reflect what part of the website I am on.

Status page up time calculated for reconfigurable time period of the day
We would like the up time to be calculated based on a certain time period per day. We have sites that will be business hours only and would like to show an accurate up time percentage for only those hours.

Currently Site24x7 only has a 12 hour clock option - could we request that a 24 hour clock option be included in future releases?

Resource Pool monitoring - On a cluster
Hey, We use clusters on our VMware environment, currently we are able to monitor RP's on a ESXi level, that's good when you don't use host clusters. now we get multiple RP monitors with the same name and different metrics, so we cannot follow the real status of these RP's. our request is to find a way to group them to one monitor object / monitor the RP from the vCenter side instead of directly through the ESXi's. oauth not working for some specific api.

Uptime calculations in Availability Widgets to exclude Maintenance Time
Currently in both the Dashboard Availability Widgets as well as the email based Availability Summary Reports, outages from Maintenance time is counted toward uptime (or so it appears). While this may be accurate from a pure uptime calculation, we need the ability to have the report exclude Maintenance time just like the full Availability Report can do. For customers who use these reports and dashboards to communicate SLA uptime with customers, this lack of accuracy causes significant problems.

Dashboard - colours are inconsistent
I am seeing inconsistencies in depth of colour of monitor status for various dashboards. For example the colour of monitors that shows all of my monitors (attachment everything) is much darker compared to colour of the status of monitor groups (attachment status_group.png or down_all.png) in another dashboard, which is much lighter. Not sure if its because of the size of the tiles. But this needs to be fixed, otherwise its confusing, specifically so when I am presenting these dashboards to my non
SNMP Trap Processor
Currently there are only a handful trap processors available in site24x7 by default. It will be good to have the capability to import SNMP trap definitions in site24x7 "Trap Processors" from the vendor MIBs instead of adding one by one.
