Feature Request for StatusIQ: Response Time by Local inside StatusPage
Inside the Monitor's Page, there's a chart called "Response Time by Local" (my interface is in Portuguese - Brazil, so maybe the name is different in your page), and this chart shows the response time by local, and i can un/check any local I want to show a more precise information. We would like to request a new feature (if possible), to put this chart inside the StatusPage.
Pid file not properly handled
When a server is shutdown or powered down, and the site24x7 daemon does not close properly it will fail to start because there is a pid file still hanging around. On boot site24x7 should handle cleaning up any pid files so it can start cleanly.

Feature Request: Netflow - Stacked Area Chart over time for Traffic Conversation/Application
Hello, we are very happy that you introduced the netflow feature in site24x7. It would be helpful for us if you can show a stacked area chart for selected time range for application/protocols traffic and conversation traffic. And is it also planned to show all network information in the native iOS/Android App? For servers it is already very useful. Is it possible to monitor resource usage on Azure App Service Plan?
Part of our usage of Site 24x7 is to monitor the resources on our VMs (Memory, CPU and Disk Space). We have recently started using Azure App Services and would like to monitor the same resources as on the VMs, but on our App Service Plan. Exclude servers by host name
Hi, We recently enabled configuration rules to exclude disks. It's working really well and now we want to configure a rule to exclude servers whose hostname includes test or stg. But we couldn't find anything in the docs, nor in the configuration rules UI, on how to do it. Any suggestions or resources that I can refer to?
Webhook Integration - Trigger for servers in maintenance?
Hello, Using webhooks to trigger my web app to update its server status, currently it appears to only trigger when monitors are in "Critical" or "Trouble" states but not when they are in a "maintenance" state, is there no way of making this also trigger for that state? Cheers, Kris

iframe not loading
Real simple request, I wanted the BBC News in an iframe on the dashboard...but I get a crashed error page and it simple says "bbc.co.uk refused to connect" I started off trying to get another page, it's a custom iframe I built, but have rolled back to simply getting the BBC News to appear...but with no luck! Any pointers? I mentioned the custom iframe so I can make any changes to the html of the iframe holder (wallboard.html) if needed. Thanks in advance.
how to monitor response code "forbidden"
I try to monitor a site that in case of failure responds with "forbidden" In my monitor I have "Accepted HTTP status codes" set to 200. Currently I expect the monitor to show me a failure, as the server answers with a 403 which is not 200... But instead I get no monitoring at all and the message "configuration error: this url is forbidden". How do I configure a monitor for such a forbidden message? Thanks, Tim

Folder Monitoring : Count files
Hello, It would be great if in the "Checks" part of server monitor, if we could have a count file check. We used to have this functionnality in What's Up Gold and it miss us. In WUG we could set up something like that and it was great : We tried to use the directory size check to compensate for the lack of this functionnality in site24x7 but for some specific case it doesn't work.
Get Current Value of an attribute on a monitor through API?
Hello, So I'm creating a IT board which has a few graphs and other things, I managed to get the graph data over the last 24 hours pretty easily and plotted it. Beneath each graph I'm putting in the "Current Value" which at the moment is just the latest entry in the graph data (Graph Data's unit of time is Raw) so its not actually the current value. Viewing Alert logs overspecified time period
We would like to generate a report that shows the number of voice messages that have been generated over a time period e.g. 1 month The only place i can see this is visable to from the following screen www.site24x7.eu/app/client#/home/operations/alert-logs This will only display a days worth of alert data. Would it be possible to show alerts over a data range. This would be extremely useful to identify how many out of hours call outs have been generated over the course of a month.
Historical Alarm report
Currently we don't have option to generate report of historical alarms generated for proactive problem management purpose. What we have is alert logs that sends email to specific users and there is a limit of 500 email per day and may not generate email beyond that. We need a report that should have the columns like Monitor Name, Host, Severity, DateTime, Monitor Type, Alert Msg, Technician, Reason etc. This is a critical business requirement. Options not working in EC2 Instance monitor type even though Server Agent is installed on the instances
Couple issues or missing features in this regards. 1. Email alerts is not having Top processes using CPU or Memory - when checked with Site 24x7 support. The matrix used by this monitor is Ec2, even though the instance is having Site 24x7 server agent installed and is providing Memory / Disk info and all in portal in the same monitor.
