Can you ad hoc test a monitor?
For example a hard drive is alerting for space. i go in an clean some stuff out. Do I have to wait for the next poll interval or can I force the poll at will to see if its fixed?

Yesterday 6 "Down" states were reported on my site but in the access logs on my server all Site24x7 accesses appear with http code 200. I expected to find http 5xx codes. Hi, In most IT environments, the time accuracy of a Server is very important, especially amongst Active Directory servers' synchronization. So, can Site247 monitors whether a Windows Server's time has drifted off from the time zone by X minutes, and alert us? Eg. the Time Zone is 2.40pm, but the Windows Server time is 2.53pm, so alerts the administrators on this time issue. If yes, can it also do an IT automation, to automatically runs the Time Sync command, against the specified time source? Thanks.
High CPU Usage (javaw.exe)

Creation of Configuration Rules via API

Running into some issues creating Configuration Rules via API Getting the following error message "error_code":1121,"message":"OAuth Scope associated to the OAuth Access Token is disallowed." Scopes for the Access Token are Site24x7.Admin.All,Site24x7.Operations.All,Site24x7.Msp.All Looking at the documentation I see that there is no section for creating Rules is this a limitation
Inventory and Notes section.
For any given monitor there is an Inventory and Notes tab. Inventory provides what one would expect, however I cannot locate how you would add notes here. Ideally we would be able to add some more detailed description on how to troubleshoot that specific monitor and system. Perhaps link to relevant documentation on an internal KB. Good afternoon everyone. my NOC Viewer screen on the MSP tab does not update in my browsers or my TV's. The page stays static and for me to see some stuffing I have to update manually. On my TV's the screens simply expire the access and I have to log in again. Is there someplace where the agent measures inodes usage at the moment? I can see all diskspace usage, io etc. But i couldnt see any measurement of spent inodes.

Multiple Line Chart Graph - Any way to not stack them?
Hello, I am using the Custom dashboard Multi Attribute Widget to graph some database values on one chart. But it seems the only option is for a stacked line chart. IE - the multiple values stack on top of each other instead of displaying across one axis value. Is there any way to make the multiple values NOT stack, similar to your CPU chart below. If I have 4 lines with the value of 20, I want all of them to be on the same horizontal line, not adding the values up like 20-40-60-80.

Hi, Just wondering if anyone has any experience with adding Extreme Networks switches to 24x7. Some I have had no issue, EXOS and VSP based switches. One model I am having an issue is with the VSP7400. There is a template available for this, but on discovery no interfaces are detected. The template also looks like it comes with OID's configured for CPU, power supplies, memory usage, but none seem to work. Notify your Email Subscribers - Need more options
StatusIQ email subscriber notification on schedule-maintenance is limited today for "advanced" notifications. Current option to notify in advance is just 1 hours or 24 hours or time of scheduling, which is too limiting when we work across geos. How to monitor the nproc limit?
Hi Team, I have a server running Oracle WCS and have set "nproc" limits in /etc/security/limits.d/20-nproc.conf. So, my question is how do I monitor the nproc limits? How do I make sure that the process should not fall under a certain limit If that happens how do we set a threshold and send email alerts? Monitor Windows Firewall state
Hi team, Do we have any way to monitor the Windows Firewall state for Windows Server? We already have an agent installed on the server. We want an alert if Windows Firewall is disabled on any server. I tried doing an Event Log resource check when the Firewall state changes, but it puts the server in trouble for 5 minutes and in next poll, server is back into Up state. Regards, Sandeep H.

Should not contain strings False alarm
Hi, We have a monitor setup that alerts us if any ERROR keyword is shown in the API response data. Content Checks -> Should not contain strings field: "error" But this is triggering if there are such keywords containing the error part of it. Eg: 'terrorism' We are getting the alert: The String "error" is present in the response. Is there a way to fine-tune this? thanks, Krish
