Hi - first of all - very impressed with Site24x7 I noticed one odd thing in Linux Server reporting - LOAD is listed on a scale of 0-100% It should be a number between 0-1 or 0-10 or 0-100 based on scale.... Currently it renders as a flat line around zero. Thanks!!!! - Lou
Unresponsive Java Script
Experiencing a javascript error when trying to open the monitor list page. Script keeps hanging when trying to display the list of active monitors. This is displaying on Chrome, IE, Firefox. Response Time Summary report
Hi, The Webpage analyser has a great waterfall model of the 'response time summary'. It seems to only show the last request. Is it possible to view this for a test carried out in the past. If there is a spike, it would help to go back and see what took long to load and the detail. Thanks
Monitor agents not showing without reboot
We are currently experiencing an issue with the monitor agent not updating on the site 24x7 website until we reboot the system. We have attempted a restart of the agent and verified that it is able to reach the site but the link on the page stays the same as a default non-agent monitor. Has anyone else encountered this and if so is there a workaround that does not require rebooting the server/aws instance ?

Can I get the monitor status from an API request? I would like to receive the status code to know if the monitor is Active or Suspended. Regards, Dennis
IP Address not in Global list
Hello, We had an access that seem to come from Site24x7 originating from IP 103.200.6.77 (Singapour). This IP has not been reported on forums and is not present on Global Address list. Is it missing ?
On-Prem-Poller Internal DNS monitor
Hi Team Is it possible to configure the on premise poller to do an internal DNS health check on 53. I have external working perfectly but how do you setup a internal DNS monitor to report on my AD DNS servers?
Can’t ping IPv6 addresses
I successfully setup a ping monitor with an IPv6 address without getting a warning in the interface. The web form accepted both plain and literal formats (below), but I soon got an email claiming the monitor was misconfigured. Neither formats actually seem to create a working monitor. The web monitor interface at least warned me that IPv6 is unsupported . 2001:db8::dead:e1f [2001:db8::dead:e1f] (This is an example address, my web server’s actual IPv6 address does actually work. Just not with Site24x7.)
Last downtime on detail screen
Dear sirs, I am receiving info from the site24x7 web interface that seems to be conflicting. On the detail screen for the monitor, the Last Downtime seems to show the first downtime. IPv6 litteral addresses are unsupported (RFC 2732)
I’m told the address is invalid when I try to use a IPv6 literal address for my web monitor. I want to use a literal address as all my websites’ domains are dual-stack with IPv4 and IPv6, and I want to monitor IPv4 and IPv6 services separately. Here is an example of an IPv6 literal address as supported in all browsers and as standardized in RFC 2732: http:// [2001:db8::dead:e1f]/ Please address this issue as the world has already run out of IPv4 addresses and the whole industry need to get this stuff
SNMP not working
AS subject states SNMP is not working. I have tried both v2 and v3 with v2 have some success. What I mean is that it polls and discovers sometimes and then it always goes down with an unreachable status. The add SNMP credentials page is not reachable after the snmp device is created. The only way to access that page is to go through readding of the device and select "rediscover". Seems like there should be a way to just list all SNMP credentials.

I am trying to setup an Event Log Type under Windows Event Log. I want to point it to Event Viewer>Applications and Services>Microsoft>Windows>TaskScheduler>Operational How can I point to that? I am assuming I have to use the <> tag but how do I use it?

So we are checking our website from 3 locations (California, Chicago and Washington). We have a few monitors setup and they all report only if there is a failure of all 3 locations. Currently, for some totally random reason, the Chicago location is showing that some of our web servers are down (THEY ARE NOT). Missed alert emails on Nov 5th 2015
Dear Site24x7 team. Yesterday evening we were performing some (scheduled) maintenance on our end. Exact time-stamp: between 2015/11/05 15:05 GMT and 2015/11/05 18:50 GMT. Conflicting On-Premise Pollers
Hi, we have 2 private networks (AWS) with ssh server hosts, which are both configured as IP 10.0.0.1 . There are other servers in the private networks with dedicated services. When I run the On-Premise Poller on one host, it correctly reports in Site24x7 as poller with host name ip-10-0-0-1 and IP 10.0.0.1 and all monitors work fine. Hi, This morning the site24x7 monitoring dashboard greeted us with "We'll be right back". As we have included site24x7 on information radiators across the company, this makes for a pretty bad sight. We have had plans to include site24x7 on screens for our customers to see. How can we make sure that there won't be anything but monitoring screens that we show?

We faced intermittent problems starting 12 Oct 2015, 21:52 PST / Oct 13, 2015 10:22 AM IST due to a problem with our database server cluster. Data collection and polling was intermittent at this time for many customers and you may observe some points missing in the charts in the web console. The Site24x7 Web Console too was not reachable. Our engineers are working on this problem and we will update here once we have found the root cause. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.
Adding SSL from Network Solutions - Errors
Our main site that has certificate issue thru Network Solutions, and this reports SSL is invalid, that expiry date is 1969. One of our websites has cert issued from our Windows AD cert authority, and that reports just fine. As it is now, we can not add at all our primary site/service we wish to monitor. Simple SSL test of "www.networksolutions.com" will show the same result, as they are our issuer for certs. Looking at other random sites, appears to be just an issue with their CA and issued certs.

Hi, Using the new API and requesting the log report: log_reports/{monitor_id}?date=XXX You obtain several logs with different attributes. One of them is t he content_length attribute. Is it equivalent to the page_size value? If not, how can I obtain the page_size value? Additionally, if you use the log_reports request you can't obtain the number of request of a webpage. Currently I was told the monitors are running on Firefox v22 - FF is currently at 37 version. Can you change my monitors to run against the latest version of Firefox. Also is there a way for me to run the monitors in Chrome/IE if needed

Hello I have set up a port monitor. the monitor executes a request and get a response in the format ":N " where N is a number indicating the length of a backlog. I want to monitor to make sure that backlog doesn't get too long. In the content match section of the port monitor I have entered the following regular expression: :[0-1][0-9]?$|:[2-9]$ which should match ":0" through ":19".
