Hello, As per discussion on call with support team, they have suggested me to raise this concern on forum, hence I am posting this. My concern is that we should get the notification through email if any changes has been made on Location Profiles from any of our users or else we should get the pop up on the site 24x7 portal by getting the information that recently(for ex. Location Profile 1) has been changed on the monitors on which this location profile is configured. So that we can review those
API Sequence to login then use response as value in another message
To give some background, we have an API where one will need to login, then a token is recieved which to be used when posting for the operation. What I cannot find is if theres a way to Login, take response parse out the token and use it in the next message post. Is this possible? If so, any ideas as to how I can set this up? I have tried the Web App recorder and havn't figured it out. Please let me know. Thanks!
Poll Frequency
Is there a way to set your poll frequency. I just updated to the Business Plan which is suppose to be a 3 min poll frequency, but I am still showing a 5 min poll frequency in my monitors.

User Role behavior changes
Following functionality changes has been done with respect to User Management: Access (web client) restrictions for a Sub-User can be set only at a Monitor Group Level. Earlier setting on a per Monitor Level was supported. This has been changed. Additionally, and Admin User who typically has read and write access cannot be restricted to a specific Monitor Group. This has been changed as we found it to make less meaning since the specific user could anyway access and view other global configurations

Automated activation and suspesion
Hello, Is it possible to suspend a ping monitor and then have it automatically activate when a certain condition is met? For example, I am monitoring a WAN 1 and WAN 2 with ping monitors. WAN 2 remains unavailable until WAN 1 goes down because it is a backup. I have WAN 2 suspended for now because there is no need to monitor it since it is not even on due to WAN 1 being up. Tiered thresholds and alerts
Is there a way to setup a tiered approach to thresholds? What I am attempting to configure is a way to check for both web site slowness and also down time. If a site is slow to respond, for example if it takes over 1500ms, alert me and set the status to yellow or degraded. If it doesn't respond to the normal URL threshold, set the status to red and send out alerts. Is this something that can be setup?

It reports trouble. I can find no documentation on your site about the regex feature or how it should be used. Can anyone help?

Better understanding of Actions
Hi, I'm trying to figure out when actions trigger. I have a monitor with polling from 5 geographic locations, and the notification and thresholds says the 3 locations are required to mark it down. I still sometimes get the action firing when less then 3 locations report it down, and it only sometimes triggers back up even when all locations report OK. In all of these instances I'm not receiving any Email alerts for the item being down (as I shouldn't, only 1 geographic location reports a problem).
FTP RTT Monitor issues
I'm trying to create an FTP RTT monitor - just wanted it to test uploading and downloading in the root folder. but the form won't let me proceed without putting something in the destination folder: I tried just a "/" and I tried "/root" - but they both failed when the monitor ran with error: Destination folder "/root" does not exits to upload. Which kind of makes sense. Any suggestions on how to get this monitor to work to upload just to the ftp root?

Am I correct that scheduled maintenance does not affect availability or SLA %? Is there any way to change that behavior so that scheduled maintenance is included in the availability & SLA? Regarding Layout 1 in the status dashboard views, it's the only one of the three that has the green site 24x7 banner at the top. I prefer the simplicity of the layout to the other two, is there an option to suppress that banner?

Server monitor capture CPU intense process
Is there any way to capture a snapshot of the processes/CPU usage when the monitor triggers a treshold. For example, it would be very interesting to know what process is using most CPU when we have a trigger for CPU usage > 90%... Or do I manually need to add all processes under the "Services and Processes" tab for this monitor?
Ability to only trigger alerts if threshold is broken for multiple intervals
Development, Is it possible to add intervals to the alerting on the server agents. We do not need an alert every single time the threshold is met. We would prefer to have a -'consecutive alert' type threshold as well that the system will not generate message until the CPU stays above threshold for 3 intervals of 5 minutes?

Server monitor Performance seems to be showing a bit random values, usually 0% or 100%, but occasionally something in between. What is this number based on for the Server Monitor?
Suspended Monitors have disappeared
We got quite a few customers reporting they could not find the monitors that they "Suspended" after the new Admin Client Release. Many raised a concern on whether it got deleted. The monitors are not deleted. Its just not shown in the default GUI. Sorry about this usability issue. Solution: In order to see it, you need to go to the Admin > Filter Columns/Rows icon > Suspended Monitors Please refer the screenshot attached if needed. Response time Threshold for Secondary locations
