Hi On one of my monitors I have a VPN connection that always needs to be online. In the Monitor Dashboard -> Network I can see the current status. But I want to be able to trigger an alarm if the Status is not Connected. Is that possile Regards, Calle
how to multiselect in Bulk action
When I want to do a bulk action there is a form select monitors I want to apply an action to. There is a filter box and there is "Select All" link there. If I type anything in the filter box, "Select All" is no longer visible. Thus I do not know how to select all monitors that match my filter. Any suggestions?

Up until now, we've got requests from fellow customers like you regarding our reports module. APM Insight .NET agent - Do not disable TLS 1.0/1.1
Disabling TLS 1.0/1.1 renders the APM Insight .NET agent completely useless. We had to disable TLS 1.0/1.1 last week to adhere to our payment gateway provider's guidelines. It should have already been disabled, but the app developer forgot to mention it. Once TLS 1.0/1.1 are disabled, the APM Insight .NET agent no longer functions. I'm trying to use an On-Premise poller to check an internal webpage that uses SSL, but I get this message: "SSL Connection Error" I'm able to view this page just fine in all of my browsers. The SSL certificate is a chained one from Rapid-SSL, so it's not a self-signed certificate.

Without downloading the server agent and installing it on a computer to see what version appears in the monitor list in the web application, how would a person best determine the version of the current server agent that is available to be downloaded/installed from the site24x7. Would it be possible for you list the version number on the page "Add Server > Windows Server Monitor"? -- the page where the Device Key is shown and the agent is downloaded. APM Web Services Report
Hi, I'm planning to use APM for my Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) domains. I tried to be my Web mon. and when I started to check my Web status my work Web Issued date is January 2018 and the exparied date Apr 2018. The expire date is right but my Web builded on April 2017 which mean the issued date was April 2017 and I don't belive this one does anyone say something about this?
iPhone stopped notifying us on alerts
It appears over the last month or so. A few of us on iPhones in the office have stopped recieving alerts/notifications. We can open the ap on the phone and see the alert but it is not notifying us. Confirmed that all setting are turned on to get notifications. Site24x7 version 3.6.3

Site24x7 Zapier Integration
Dear All, is it possible to extend your Zapier support for following filter? "New Alert" and "Status of Montior" is "down" for "1 hour" then..... There are only 3 triggers in the meantime "New alert", "New Contact", "New Monitor". Without any filter for these triggers Zapier integration is uesless for us, because we get also alerts for "in trouble","up again". We are using Zapier for our KANBAN board integration. Thank you!

Alert on step/abnormal increases in storage, memory or cpu
Would be great to be able to alert on percentage increases in storage, memory or cpu rather than the overall usage. These sudden step increases aren't the norm and so warrant investigation and alerting. For example if I get a sudden 10% increase in storage use then id like to be alerted even if this means i'm still under the overall threshold.

Custom Dashboards
I was wondering when custom dashboards will support displaying the same metric (say CPU Percentage) from multiple servers in one single chart? As it works now from what I can tell, each server gets its own chart. So if I have 10 servers that I want to display the CPU percentage on a chart, I will get 10 charts instead of one chart with 10 data plots.
Any chance of an automation option to START/STOP EC2 instances based on time of day or day of week?

Anti-virus exclusion
Hello Community, is there any best practice related to anti-virus when deploying agent on servers ? We have a strange behaviour here: whenever we deploy an agent on Windows Server 2008 R2, RAM consumption goes up. When we stop the agent, RAM comes back to normal. Trigger notifications based on single exceptions being generated
Hi there, Sometimes in our environment we would have a single exception being generated. They occur periodically throughout the day but they prevent the customer from completing their transaction successfully. We would like that we could configure an email notification to be generated for each individual exception. nagios plugin won't show in dashboard

No Push notifications on android
I have searched this forum, googled the net, read the site24x7 guide on push notifications....but all to no avail. The official guide from 2016 shows a somewhat different APP, than available in Google Play right now. The issue is therefor simply described, as how to setup push notifications on android. AWS SNS monitor
AWS SNS Topic threshold values operate "one-way" only. For example the "..is in Trouble" status is triggered in five minute polling interval just ok. But the "..is operating normally" status is never triggered back again! There are no buttons, tick boxes, drop down menus etc. in Site24x7 user interface to manage this? It seems to be only possible to trigger the alerts "one-way" with AWS SNS monitoring? Reason I ask this, because we do have Lambda DLQ feature implemented with AWS SNS, this means that
OAuth Client Credentials grant
Why the Client Credentials Grant in OAuth provider does not refresh the token automatically. With this grant type, the http response message includes the token and its expiration time. The token can be refreshed automatically before it's expiration time by calling the provider again with same client id, client secret etc. information provided already in the "registration" phase. URL Check (local) delay 'Trouble' until multiple failures ?
We are using local URL checks (127.0.0.1/blah) to monitor individual web/appservers, but we don't want alerts to be triggered at the very first time this occurs. Can we delay such alert until a number consecutive of failures have occured ? I've tried setting the 'downtime notification delay' on the Server monitor to 'notify after 3 consecutive failures' , but this does not have any effect on the URL check monitoring. Am I missing something here, or does this functionality not yet exist ?
How to create alert for websites down over 1 hr
hi everyone Even though I have all our sites monitored, Id like to have an extra level of checks that alerts me if a website has been down for more than 1 hr. How can I create such an alert? modify existing thresholds or set this for every single website? thanks Paul
