Can't make RealBrowser to work on a linux on premise Poller
Hello, As the title says, we are trying to make some checks with RealBrowser on a a on premise poller (the site we are monitoring is only accessible from our Network, so we need to use on premise poller). But we never get any data from the monitor we set up on the poller. While investigating, we found that the realbrowser agent was failing to start, we were able to correct the startup script to make it start (you may want to publish an updtate for that) but alas, that wasn't enough to make it work

Re-use Subgroups Across Multiple Monitoring Groups?
I would like to combine multiple resources into subgroups and then use these across multiple monitoring groups. Is this possible? It seems like I have to recreate the subgroups within each parent monitoring group each time. This seems highly inefficient and prone to error.

Cannot modify existing Scheduled Maintenance record - insufficient permissions
Hello everyone! Has anyone encountered such problem: when I change in the scheduled maintenance record that was created earlier by another user, the system issues a message about the absence of rights to this action? When I try to change (add new servers) to existing entry, I get the message "You do not have permission to access the added resource". It happening despite the fact that I have 'Super Admin' permission. What are the reasons for this behavior? Aleksey.S

Our scenario is that we have 2 teams sharing Site24x7, we do not want to receive notification from the app relating to the other teams monitors. Is it possible to decide which monitor you want to receive notifications for? Would it be easier to have a separate account for each team? If we did have separate accounts would we be able to log into the app with multiple accounts if needed?

Hi folks! Looks like the process is taking up over 1.2gb of memory! What’s the next step in finding out why? Anyone else having the same issue? I have plugins apache and mysql added in, as well as log monitoring. I can start stripping those out to see if they have an effect. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks! Kris

Hi, We are planning to add a large number of Linux servers using a Configuration Template and have a few queries Processes We want to monitor the SSHD process but we need to make sure its the background process, when adding via conf template it seems to select a user specific process. Is there any way we can include an argument? ie sshd /usr/sbin/sshd -D Disk Partition Is it possible to exclude a partition as part of the template? If this is not possible is there an automated way to achieve this

Would like to request the old method of getting daily and weekly reports via email with embedded html be allowed again. This was removed some time back and now all reports are attached instead. This requires a separate step to view report instead of being on email. Thank you.

Cannot create milestone markers for websites
I tried to create a new milestone marker for a monitor but the option is greyed out and I can only add new markers from Admin > Milestones > Mark Milestone but that would be a global milestone. Any ideas or maybe I'm missing something. PD. Also I've noticed that my username in this forum is an ID instead of my user.

ESXi monitoring - user fails to login
Hi I have a VM ESXi host running VMware 6.5 and I can log in directly to the VM host with the monitoring account so I know the account is ok. However, when I configure site24x7 to monitor the host it fails with the error " Cannot login monitoradmin@oxps-esx-hstmailto:-09.occ.local@10.200.231.100%22. The IP address of the on-site poller is 10.200.231.100 but site24x7 is configured to use the name "monitoradmin@oxps-esx-hstmailto:-09.occ.local@10.200.231.100%22". Custom Plugin Monitor Polling Frequency
I wrote a custom plugin to monitor GPU temperature, utilization, and other metrics. By default, it has a 5 min polling interval, but I need a 1 minute polling interval. There are options on the Site24x7 dashboard to change the polling interval for server monitors, but I have not found any options to change the polling interval for custom monitors. Can I please get help finding a solution.
