Anyone succesfually able to push Site 24x7 monitors/alerts/api to AWS Cloud Watch?
We are looking to have Site 24x7 as our primary monitoring application, but in order to have AWS / Rackspace support us should a custom Windows Service STOP we need to get that alert INTO AWS Cloudwatch. Has anyone successfully completed this with Site 24x7 and AWS cloudwatch command line parameters? (push alert INTO Cloud Watch)
Troubleshooting SSL handshake spikes
Does any one else have SSL handshake spikes with the website monitor? and a way to troubleshoot them on nginx? I have noticed this more from some testing locations than others and at times correlates to DNS and response time spikes, which could indicate issues with the testing location or the way it's measured. Any ideas on what could be causing these?

Disable Down alerts for Server groups
Hi I would like to know how to disable Down alerts (more precisely call alerts) for specific Server Group or Monitor. I know that can be disable at the user lvl but we have Production and DR environments being monitored. I don't want users to get notifications from DR but still get notifications for Production, if I disable at user lvl they wont get any. So how can I do this? Any tip? Thanks

Custom Plugin Not Polling
I wrote a custom plugin with C# for a windows server with SQL Server. The plugin loads/registers just fine, and returned data a single time. The idea is every 5 minutes query a database local to that server to determine a value (relevant to count of errors internal to an application), and graph that. If I suspend and then re-activate, it will poll. Again, one time. Right now the plugin state says "Last Polled Time" of 3 hours. My department would like to be able to have a relatively small graphic ( service name + up-arrow/checkmark/traffic-light) on our main web page indicating the status of various services. We were getting push notifications to our mobile app for both our iPhones and Android cell phones when logged out of the site24x7 mobile app. There have been no known changes to site24x7. We have also uninstalled and reinstalled the site24x7 mobile app with no change. Monagent stopped collected data
Hello, I installed monagent on server with CentOS 7, no different from other CentOS servers i run. I noticed data was not reported for the serve in website monitoring but the status of monitor wsa OK (green). After monagent restart everything is working. From logs it is look like i run out of inodes or space but it is not true. Don't you have a clue where problem could be? Thank you. How to automatic assign AWS Resources to a monitor group
Hello! We have some AWS monitors (EC2, RDS, S3, SNS), we would like to create rules (based on hostname, or other properties) to automatic assign new AWS instances to existing monitor groups in 24x7. Is there a way to do this? We know that we can use "Configuration Template" to do this for Windows and Linux types, but I don't have this option for AWS Cloud Watch resources. APM install and removal needs to be the same as the server agent
The APM install needs to be curl-based just like the regular server agent. The manual steps can introduce errors. It also encourages admins to download the installer once and then use that for many months. It would be smarter for all agent installs to be command-line based like the server agent. That ensures the install is getting the most current version. The removal process for APM should also be as simple as the server agent. This makes all installs and removals follow the same command-line process

Is there a way to use a specific numeric value for a process memory threshold that is not % based? We have a desire to alert when certain processes go above x GB memory usage. The % method is too variable since a systems total memory amount can skew the % meaning.

Where can I find documentation on how the new "Tags" feature works? I know I can assign a tag to a monitor, but where else in the system other than the "monitors" list can I use the tags? For example, can I base a monitoring group's members dynamically from tags?
Milestone Markers not popping up comments
Once a milestone marker has been created, it shows the comment icon in the graph, however; there is no way to see what the marker is about unless and Admin goes to the Admin -> Milestones page to check. Would be nice to be able to hover over the milestone comment icon and get a bubble containing the comment to show up so others would know what the marker was added for.

Hi All, I am currently getting data regarding all monitors from Site 24X7 into SPLUNK using Site24X7 exposed REST API .But I would like to get all the monitors based on the status .In particular I am interested in status down(i.e., status constant 0) status up(i.e., status constant 1) status trouble(i.e., status constant 2) like I am exactly look for an API end point which can pull me only monitors that are up, down and trouble. View Maintenance windows applicable to a monitor
When I'm looking at a monitor, I want to know what maintenance windows exist for it. The only two ways to do this currently are 1) to run an API call end extract the data (which is a pain because you have to check the monitor for maintenance windows and the monitor's group membership & see if these groups have any maintenance windows set). 2) Create a public status page with the monitor, and view the public page. I would like to be able to create api access users without needing to give access to the site. It would be great if as the super admin I could generate api keys for varying degrees of permission (using the existing roles is fine) without actually giving access to the site. Monitor Amazon Aurora Mysql RDS isn't working 100%
Site24x7 discovered the instance, has populated the metrics, but it's not displaying many metrics that it should. I've verified those metrics have data in cloudwatch, but they just say "no data." Latency, read/write operations, throughput, etc., none are populating.
Print Selected Time Period When Exporting Dashboard
It would be nice if the time period that was selected to generate a dashboard is shown at the top of the PDF when you select to "Share" the dashboard to PDF. Since the major axis labels are severely limited on the horizontal axis when picking large date ranges -- like a month, the first and last date of the time period selected doesn't always seem to be shown on the charts.
Confusing calculation of MTBF and Total Uptime for group of monitors
When you run a report on one monitor for February, the times are correct. When you run a report on a group of monitors (e.g. two monitors) the time goes from 28 days to 56 days. This is not logical. February only had 28 days, not 56 so uptime should be 28 days if it was 100%, not 56 days. It seems that the logic for calculation of the times on groups of monitors is too simple and makes no sense if you have multiple monitors in a group. The time just gets multiplied by the number of monitors...

Wierd bulk action
Hello, i have this problem. I cannot assign user to only one monitor for alert, only the way is make new alert group add this server under this group and assign user to new alert group. Example: UserA need to monitor ServerA, but ServerA is already in group AlertA, in alert group AlertA are also another servers which i dont want to assign to UserA. So I need to ServerA assign to another alert group AlertB (which will exclusive for UserA). Cool i will edit monitor and add it to another alert group.
Interface Bandwidth
