RegEx in AppLogs search
I would like to be able to use RegEx in my AppLogs searches. For example, I need to create an alert based on the occurrence of "[error]" in my logs, but AppLogs search throws out the special characters and returns all instances of "error". Another example is case-sensitive searching. RegEx would allow us to use this (or not) whenever we want. I could search for "FooBar" and exclude "foobar", etc. There are many, many powerful use cases for RegEx that would really expand the AppLog searching capabilities,
Add historical "incidents"
It'd be great if we could add, retrospectively, "incidents" in Signals. i.e Add historical incidents after the event. We can only add them with the date/time of "now". There are times when we don't update an incident immediately (especially if it was a 3rd party component), and Signals shows as a disruption - but I can't go and put an explanation once the dust has settled.
Custom poll time for secondary locations

Implement a configurable Data limit for any server (or group of servers) for AppLogs data intake
In order to avoid possibly incurring extra charges, please implement a configurable data limit (with alerts) that any one server or group of servers can intake for AppLogs. This will prevent sudden log explosions from incurring extra charges (or being unexpectedly cut off) when they get pulled into AppLogs. Thank you.
Customized information within AppLogs alerts
I'm just writing to suggest a feature improvement. I think it would be nice to customize Alerts generated by AppLogs. For example, it would be nice to be able to include the log line(s) that caused the alert. I'm sure a feature like this could be used to include many other useful bits of information as well. Add a captured screenshot from last web page test as an image attachement to slack
If a website is down a captured screenshot from user point of view is attached to an e-mail. We using slack as an third party integration in site24x7. It would be very helpful if the slack message includes also the last captured screenshot as an attachment.
Resource Check Profile trouble or down alerts
Is would be nice if it's possible to change the notification type from a trouble to a down with the Resource Check Profile. At the moment the Resource Check Profile only generates trouble alerts. We like to generate a down alert for it so we can receive a Phone call if a Resource Profile Check failed.

Improve RUM: Add caching information
I hope you will consider adding caching details to RUM reporting. Share of cacheable and non-cacheable resources Cached vs uncached resources Resource download size? How else would I know how performance is? Timing alone is not enough, is it? Improved resources reporting, enabling exploration of requests and headers Use filtering/segments such as device type. There's a Device Type report, but it's very basic Page groups and filtering Recordings, maybe? Snapshots are near useless Javascript warnings?
Global Configuration Profiles for MSP's
When we deploy a new customer in our MSP account, we use a script that calls the API and creates a set of Default Threshold Profiles. That works very well. The fun begins however, when you guys release new metrics or settings. Then we need to go into each account to configure the (default) threshold profiles. It would be a great help if we could create profiles on MSP level and use those on customer level, so we can centrally manage our default profiles.

REST API Monitor with parsed variables that can be shown on graph
Hi Current REST API monitor response parsing can be only checked for the expression assertions. So the parsed value could be checked for assertion and in case of failure - it could be printed to log with assertion warning. We propose to add a variable(s) of the parsed value(s) and to give an ability to show it on the graph of the REST API monitor. REST API is the worldwide conventional way for corresponding functionality. This is very important feature that helps to show customer performance monitoring
SMS vs Email alerts
It would be nice if we could choose (at the server/host level) whether we want alert notifications to be email, email/sms, sms, etc, instead of having it set with Notification Groups.
Please also display the milestones in the Site24x7 App as a list overview.
We tracking our changes with the milestones feature. Would be very helpful if we can view all milestones in the native App as well.
Need to have persistent alerts for Trouble alerts too
Dear Team, Its a good idea to have persistent alerts for the trouble alerts as of now the mechanism is the very first time if a monitor is in trouble state we will get an email and after that we wont get any status of the email untill unless the servers is up i.e the trouble is resolved. In between we dont know anything whats happening
When bulk importing monitors, you should be able to assign tags to monitors, and create monitor groups that do not exist.
I recently had to import a large number of monitors from a csv, and I was disappointed to find out that I had to manually create each group that the monitors would be members of. I also had hoped to be able to assign tags from the CSV import as well, but they cannot.
Summary report components into custom dashboard
Being able to get the monitor group summary elements to be presented into a dashboard would be incredibly powerful. Being able to see monitor group stats is one of the most powerful things in this platform the number of outages, and top 10 down count would be incredibly powerful for everyone. With the dashboards being able to be presented to customers and inserted into Microsoft Teams, this would be wonderful to have.
Monitor Group option for 3rd Party Integrations
Currently, when we add a new 3rd party integration we only have the option to select All Monitors, Selected Monitors or Tags. It would be great to be able to use groups as an option so we don't have to manually keep updating integrations each time monitors are added if we don't use the All Monitors. True, we can use Tags and make sure all new monitors get a tag added but not all monitors would have a tag needed and some may be added and tags may be forgotten to be added. Can we have a feature request
update real browser monitor to work with new selenium recorder output
I need to be able to have our NOC team replay the transaction to see where it failed. Basically they need to walk the same steps that I did in creating the monitor. With the Selenium recorder for FireFox I can give them the same tests that I performed, but the old version does not work well or make sense to use anymore. Please update the real browser recorder to accept new selenium script format. Thanks.
Status Page Announcements
Would there be a way to export announcements in a text file? Could that be considered a future enhancement? A scheduled report that can email current announcements would add automation to an internal process of sharing the announcements for compliance purposes. Currently we email them manually and we were looking for a way to make the process more efficient.

Microsoft Azure Cloud Service monitoring. We have a substantial Azure presence an would like to utilize Site 24x7 if they can support it. Is this a possibility? Can we make this a feature request? Thanks
Graph configurability for multi-monitor performance widgets
In the documentation for the multi-monitor performance widget, both line graphs and bar graphs are shown. However, when you try to use them, you get either line or bar graphs, and there does not seem to be a way to choose the graph type. It would be good to have a switch or setting to enable the choice of bar or line graph.
Using Tags in alerts
Tags are an awesome feature and it would be even better if they could be used in IT Automation and just general alerting as a whole. Example: We use VictorOps for alerting and would like to do something like this: { "OWNER":"${OWNER}" "message_type":"CRITICAL" } Similar to how we are able to do with Global Parameters.

More African Locations
Hello, We are using Site24x7 to monitor global availability and response time for our web product portfolio. As we are constantly try improving performance, we are taking full advantage of Site24x7 global monitoring locations around the world. We would be extremely happy to see more African countries other than South Africa. (e.g. Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, ...) Sure, if we manage our own Site24x7 On-premise poller in the locations we need, it does the job just fine, but it poses an administrative overhead
Unit of time constants allowances
When pulling data from the API, we are only allowed the following time periods. Period Constants 1 Last 24 hours 2 Last 7 Days 3 Today 4 Yesterday 5 Last 30 Days 7 Last Month 8 This Year 11 This Week 12 Last Week 13 This Month 50 Custom Period It would be nice to be able to get last quarter data as well. For example, on April 2 we would like to run an availability report for Q1 (Jan, Feb, March)

Improved SRE SLA/SLO reports
We need to be able to provide appropriate metrics to our leadership and customers. The current bar graphs are not detailed enough or depict the right data. We are looking for line graphs that would be for a service or a monitor group. If you pick the month it should not just show the service SLA for the whole month we would like to see it per day. That way we have a line graph depiction of all services (in different colours) for each day on a monthly report. Thanks!
Monitor for individual Windows services
Hello, We've seen this mentioned before by others but we want to request again: Can you give us the ability to create a monitor for an individual Windows service? This would be very helpful if you have critical services that you want to view independently in a Status page. We have several such Windows services that we would like to see the health of on our Status page regardless of the status of the server itself. We especially want to group these Windows services (from different servers) into Monitor
Provide quarterly reporting period options
Please add "Last Quarter" to menu of offered reporting periods. It should select time periods of Jan-Mar, Apri-Jun, July-Sept, Oct-Dec. This could also be done by offering fixed choices of "Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4" If possible, also include quarterly periods for the scheduled reports. It currently offers day, week, month.
Slack only notification option
Just coming from another platform, we have had slack only notification without email. It would be nice to see Site24x7 do the same. For now we have created a dummy email which all the email notifications go to.
Record the number of users
We are looking to monitor the number of users logged into a given system at a time. This would help us review periods of peek usage and correlate that to the number of users logged in at that particular time. Certificate expiry tracking - offline certs
I need to be able to track the expiry of certificates that are not accessible from web or onsite poller. Example certs that are used to encrypt vpn tunnels. I have the public certs to potentially upload for tracking. i'm trying to use site24x7 as an expiry/renewal tracking system.
App logs retention of 1 day
Hello Team, We want to maintain app logs only for one day. In order to reduce the consumption. However even after retention of 1 day old logs are not being cleared and space is becoming full please advise.

It would be nice if we could create general announcements on the signals status pages. Potential use could be release notes or other announcements not directly tied to incidents.
VMware monitoring - multiple locations
Would you be able to add the option of a second poller for VMware monitoring. This would allow improve it for us in case of a site specific failure and provide more accurate outage information, if you could also add an option to choose a primary poller this would improve further and help to reduce false down alerts.
User Lockout in Active Directory
I would love the Active Directory monitor to offer information on user lockouts to help identify and isolate problematic recurring lockouts.

Add ability to alert on AWS SES Account Sending status
Currently, when Account Sending is disabled in SES, the monitor still shows as healthy: There are no thresholds that can track Account Sending: Account Sending is disabled in 1 of 2 ways: 1) Bounce/complaint ratio is too high and AWS disables the account temporarily 2) A manual API call is made to disable Account Sending When Account Sending is disabled, no email can be sent, which is potentially an extremely impactful event. We'd like to be able to know ASAP if Account Sending gets disabled.
