Can we export the monitor group logs in csv format?
The logs for the monitor can only be downloaded for individual monitors. Now we required monitor group logs.
Real User Monitoring - Sampling Rate Setting
It would be great if a sampling rate could be specified for RUM. Currently each Page View is counted. If you have limited amount of page views in RUM or you don't wan't to count/see each Page View a sampling rate in percentage or after an amount of counts would very helpful.

Business Hour option not working for historical data
Hi team, I created a support request as I wanted to get information for server monitor performance reports for past 3 or 6 months. We use these reports to recommend if the server needs upgrade. But problem is when selecting historical data, business hours are not considered and number and graph in the report are not showing the true stats. For example if a server during normal business hour has CPU hovering around 85% and memory around 70% then if I run the report for last six months report will
Persistent Trouble Notifications.
I would like to receive persistent alert notifications should any volume on a server exceed the specified utilization threshold. So, for example, if the usage of a volume on a server exceeds 85% capacity, I would receive an application and e-mail alert every day or every hour until the condition is cleared. We are trying to replace an on-prem Nagios server with Site24x7 and continual, almost nagging alerts/notifications is a must.
AWS Stockholm region support
It's now been a few months Since the AWS stockholm region was launched. However, it's still not supported by s247. You therefore can't use the 'exclude/inlcude' feature when integrating you AWS account.
Add ability to create thresholds with poll count for Disk Busy % metric
Right now there doesn't seem to be a very good way to alert on I/O utilization on Windows servers. It seems like the only collected metrics related to I/O for my windows server is Disk Idle/Busy Percentage. Unfortunately this metric does not support creating thresholds that can alert by looking at the value over multiple polling periods. I can only create alerts that look at the Disk Busy Percentage for the last poll which is not really useful as it is much too noisy. Can this be added?
Monitor top processes by CPU use, rather than % of overall CPU
Hi, It would be really useful for us to be able to monitor the top CPU processes and their use of CPU over time, rather than a % CPU utilisation. As it stands, it's not very useful for me to see that a node process is using 100% of the 2% overall CPU. I'd like to know what processes are active and eating up CPU when the CPU spikes up. This would be really useful as a graph that can be added to a dashboard or if not, a snapshot that's captured when a monitor on total CPU sets off a "trouble" alert.
APM Instance View Sorting
APM Instance View, sort by instance name currently you can sort the instance view by Apdex Score, Avg. Resp. Time, Errors can this be done by Instance Name.
Assign Technician on Notification Screen
Specifically for apps, need to be able to assign a technician from the notification screen. It is a quality of life change, and will help alert repsonsiveness. If nothing else, just a hyperlink on the notification screen to the specific alarm.
Running automations from MOBILE APP
Hi, We wrote a couple of automations to help our support team resolve critical situations. In particular, a couple of services restarts scripts. We later find out it was not possible to fire this automation from the mobile apps. Could you consider bringing RUN AUTOMATION manually to the mobile app? iOS in particular :) Regards Hernán.
Browser Monitor improvements request: size correlation and resource timings sort
We are using the page browsers a lot to analyze performance issues. Most of the time, due to small things, we need to do a manual check on GOOGLE CHROME developer. Here are my suggestions: 1) a graphic correlation between PAGE SIZE and LOAD TIME. Is important to understand if the page load increased because of a larger size or a slow resource 2) the waterfall chart does not allow to SORT based on timings (see Chrome screenshot) and does not show the time in ms a resource took to load. Better Visibility of Accounts That Haven't Been Validated
It would great if in the Users & Alerts section would display an alert that an accounts email hasn't been validated. Right now you have to go into the individual account but if you could see that from the tile view of users it would be useful to see it on the accounts. Whether that's a color banner on the account, different font color, etc. You can see that information in List view but this is for the Tile view. Reduce duplicate topics in the community areas
This is a feature request not for Site24x7 but for the community portal. I've been trying to keep up with topics and such but it's hard to track as people do not look for an existing conversation that already addresses their concern and you have topics of the same nature all over the place and things that are already addressed need to be regurgitated over and over. What would be helpful is to have a search suggestion feature that allows past submissions to show up as someone types in the heading

Email notification- With monitors usage per customer
Here is my requirement, In my site24x7 account, for example I have 300 basic monitors and 20 advanced monitors in use. i.e., customer 1 is using 100 basic and 10 advanced, customer 2 is using 50 basic and 5 advanced, and finally customer 3 is using 150 basic and 5 advanced monitors. I need an email notification , alert configuration , such that I will get the above usage details per customer. I am able to view it via GUI at MSP level, However I need to have this as email. At least the count details

Server Monitor Network IP
On the Server monitor Network tab it would be nice to show the IP address associated with the Network Interface Card Name, useful when you have multiple NICs
Add (OOF - Out of Office) on User Profile to stop alerting for that user
Please enhance a user profile to allow setting an (OOF - Out of Office) with a from date/time to date/time. and optionally allow selection of covering user. The user would not get alerted during this time period, and optionally the covering person (user profile) would get alerted instead. Thanks

On the Third Party Integration page, example "SLACK", and "ServiceNow", and "Webhooks". The "Select integration level" options are only Monitors and All Monitors. Can we please get Monitor Groups added, so that we can select one or more monitor groups? Thanks
Show Alert-Comments in the NOC-View
Hi, if it happens at times that several monitors are in status trouble or down for a long time, it would be very helpful to display the comments or the last commented comment (www.site24x7.com/help/alarms.html) on an alarm in the NOC view.
Monitor for MTR
Hi Would it be possible to get an MTR style monitor? The use case would be to track and notify when route info changes, when route hops count gets much longer or shorter, when there are issues getting to a previously good node within the trace or when packet loss is detected past a threshold. This might help to track down network issues from various locations and get a feel for network latency too. Thanks Paul

Rest API Constants- Last 90 Days
I need there to be a constant for the api that pulls data from the last 90 days. I know you can use a custom constant and use a date 3 months back, however it need this to be a flowing 90 days and not hard code the date

Expanding on 3rd Party Integration Level to better manage which monitors are included
When adding a 3rd party integration, we only have two options, specific monitors or all monitors: It would be nice to have a 3rd options for Monitor Groups so we can preselect which groups are to use the integration and then we don't have to keep adding monitors nor do we have to accept all monitor should we have groups that are used for informational only; this way, any new monitors added to the selected group will have the integration already added to its alert options. Right User for Dashboard and Reporting

REST API Transaction - 1,5 minutes frequency & shell access required
We use REST API Transaction for 2-3 steps transactions. They took usually up to 5 seconds. The highest frequency for this type of monitors is 10 minutes. Having very tight SLA'a it is to less. We need to have 1 and 5 minutes frequency. In addition this type of monitoring should have a simple shell access to be able to run basic & simple scripts (otherwise it is difficult to use this feature comparing to jMeeter and Zabbibx). VMWare datastore free space as %
Currently the datastore monitor feature requires you to use number of GB free as the monitor. This means I had to create 3 different monitors for different sized disks. And a 4th larger disk one should have been created. Please consider also going % free as an option in the thresholds for Datastore. That was you can apply a 10% or 15% free threshold to all datastores. Thanks!

Maybe the product could integrate with Splashtop or something similar to be able to remote control a windows machine directly from the app in case of issue? I like the product but it is lacking a few features to be a full RMM solution (Remote control, patch management, AV monitoring, more helpdesk integrations)
Status page subscriptions
I would like to have an option on the status pages for users to enter their email address and subscribe to any notifications, or even better; the user could select which service(s) they?d like to receive notifications for. If there is an outage, or planned maintenance, the users would be notified via email.
Status Page Maintenance Time Zone
When creating a status page and allowing it to display scheduled maintenance, the time of the scheduled maintenance is displayed but there is no indication of what time zone is associated with the time. With our customers accessing the page from time zones throughout North America and beyond, it would be helpful for it to also indicate the time zone so customers know exactly when the maintenance will occur.
Acknowledge an alert
Hi, Could the following feature be added: The ability to mark an alert as Acknowledged, which would then turn the alert back to green and would only alert again if the status of that alert changed.
