How to make sure you receive all the alert emails on time from Site24x7?

Site24x7 offers deep insight into the availability and performance of your IT infrastructure; further triggering timely alerts during any performance issues. However, you may have trouble receiving these alert emails in your inbox, if you haven't set up a proper allowlist rule in your organization mail server. Proper allowlisting facilitates better reception of alert emails from Site24x7 to your inbox and prevents emails from being sent to your spam folder instead.
To seamlessly receive alert emails in your inbox, please follow the guidelines listed below:

1. US data center
You may have to allowlist our email sending domain "mail.site24x7.com" and the following mail sending IPs in your firewall rules:
