Total Uptime Reports
When creating reports for "last month", specifically for websites monitor groups, the "Total Uptime" isn't showing for the time period specified. For example, in the report I'm looking at, I set the time period for "Last Month" and its saying the "Total Uptime" is 119 days 17 hrs 16 mins. I need it to show the total uptime for the time specified so it should say 30 days. These are scheduled reports that are going out to specific groups who is requesting this. Is there anything that can be done?
Site 24x7 sending our false alerts
Dear Team, We are suffering with site 24x7 false alerts from last 2 weeks. our servers are hosted in azure and we are using site 24x7 as monitoring tool. from past 2 weeks its giving false alerts like CPU and memory consumption is high. site 24x7 team stating that they are using top command to get the results from Linux but when we login to the servers i didn't see any spikes at server level and azure insights. Also do any one has idea that what are the inputs using for the monitoring the windows

JIRA Ticket Link in Alert Email
Hi, I have my AWS resource monitored in Site24x7. If any monitor is Critical / Trouble / Down I'm receiving email which is good. Also, I have enabled the Third Party Integration - JIRA service in my site24x7 account. When any monitor is abnormal JIRA ticket has been created and if the same is UP after some time interval, site24x7 is updating the SAME TICKET with the monitor is UP details. Invalid data provided
Sometimes when looking at alarms on the dashboard, we receive a "Invalid data provided" error in any browser and can't see the alarm details. Is there a reason why this happens and whats the fix?

Disable notifications permanently for a specific monitor group
Hi, Is there an option to disable alerts/notifications for a particular monitor group? I just want to monitor them manually since they are workstations. I tried to uncheck alert groups but couldn't save it since it was a compulsory field. Any idea?
How does the Cron Monitor actually alert when there's a problem?

Add Site24x7 - Sumologic integration with uptime and transaction time transaction metrics
I used to work with Datadog and pingdom where there is a readily integration between the two that provides uptime and transaction time metrics that I can use in Datadog. I'm now using Sumologic and Site24x7, but in the absence of a readily integration, I resorted to writing a script that calls Site24x7 APIs to obtain the performance metrics and then ingest them to Sumo. This solution works but doesn't scale up well a large number of monitors (in our case ~5000). I hope you can look seriously into

StatusIQ : Building Application Status Page
Hello All, We are evaluating site24x7 for all monitoring needs of it. We are also exploring ways by which we can use the StatusIQ page to host the status of our application to our customers and rest of the world. I understand that we can add Monitors /Monitor groups as part of Status IQ page. But this would directly talk about exposing all backend components which is not right. Drawback in Site24X7 bulk installation

How to alert user via phone/sms text message
I have setup a User Group, and configured given users to be notified via Email/SMS/Phone but, when the alert goes out to the group with only EMAIL notification to the other users. None of the other users besides me are also getting the SMS/text msg alert. How do I ensure all users in the group assigned to the Monitor get BOTH email and text/sms message alert?

Hi, I have a custom app which runs once a day and pushes loggin information out to a logfile called proces.log in the format $Datetime:date$ $Message$ I have setup a log profile for this alert and configured the server to send the log file to Site24x7 which it did... once. I have an alert setup to identify if a 500 error is returned by searching the log for 500, however when I attempted to test this by adding 500 to the log nothing happens - then when i go back to search the log it gives me a message

I have a ping monitor for our business's primary Internet connection. The check frequency is 1 minute and the notification is immediately, because I need to know RIGHT NOW if that connection goes down during business hours. But outside of normal business hours, it's not as critical. I'm tired of getting notifications when the connection goes down for 3 minutes at 2am on a Sunday. Detail performance metrics not updating
I recently cloned a VMware VM. I followed the instructions on this forum post: www.site24x7.com/community/cloning-a-server to register the new server. The server is visible in site 24x7 and shows as up when it is running and down when it is powered off, however none of the detail metrics (CPU,RAM,Disk,Network) are showing any values or history. Are there additional steps needed to start the transmission of the metrics?
