The export monitor report feature it doesn't contain what services or processes are being monitoring on the server monitor can this be included.

Having a Problem seeing data in a customized dashboard.
I create a new customized dashboard, when I add the CPU and memory widget they don´t bring data or any kind of value. But when I get into the profile and into the tabular performace counters it brings me the values. So I need to see those in my new customized dashboard. What should I do or configure to see CPU and memory values?

Site24x7OnPremisePoller consuming all disk space
Greetings - we're running Site24x7OnPremisePoller on an Ubuntu 17.10 server, and recently have seen the poller start filling up disk space with .hprof files (example: java_pid55384.hprof). The files are located in /opt/Site24x7OnPremisePoller/NetworkPlus/bin, and each one is approximately 1.2GB. Has anyone else encountered this or does anyone have a solution? Thanks! Mike
Aggregate checks behind load balancer?
Hello, We have a group of webservers behind a load balancer. Our check is on port 80/tcp and expects a return code or a text. Is there a way to send an alert only if +50% of the checks are failing? We try to avoid getting alerts if only one of the web servers is down. Thanks!
Server agent 19.0 release notes?

Status page logos for multiple brands
I am creating status pages for multiple brands. As I see it now, a custom logo is applied across all status pages. Is there a way to set logos per status page?
Per monitor links on status page ( permalinks )
I have our public status page all set up. But I noticed that when I click on a monitor, the URL does not change. And I have no way of linking directly to an individual monitor report. Links on the web are a very basic feature, and I should be able to share a link that loads the status of an individual monitor.

IIS W3C log format problems
The default IIS log file format is W3C which logs in UTC time (no matter what time zone the windows server OS is set to). This causes a huge issue as it appears the Site24x7 log ingestion is performing timestamp corrections to align with the Site24x7 account's time zone. This results in the inability to use AppLogs functions as the ingested IIS W3C logs are adjusted to the incorrect time (and it orphans some log entries as a result). Ability to view monitor sensor notes using iOS app
At this time the iOS app shows an Inventory tab, but not the notes section for the monitors. This makes it challenging to see notes about a monitor using the mobile app. Please include the Notes section with the monitor inventory view in the iOS app.
Reporting of Agent Versions installed on Servers
Once we do a bulk push to upgrade all of our agents to a newer version - we have no way of generating a report to ensure every server was updated. We will always find one or 2 servers who have to be upgraded manually. Can we have a report where we can see the version of the Agents installed on all of our servers - there are over 150! Thanks
Change system offline alert duration
I'm running Site24x7 on our Zoom rooms and once a week Zoom will schedule a restart of the meeting room controller PC to apply updates or do what ever it needs to do. Currently this results in me getting an outage notification every Sunday saying the room controller was offline for 2mins. I'm wondering if I can adjust this alert so I only get a notification if the PC is offline for say 5mins? I want to be able to do this without changing the polling frequency however as the 1min polling allows me

Keep Alive monitoring
Hi, I would like to see if we can have a monitor added. Here's my scenario and the need. We have customers with multiple VPC VPN Tunnels. AWS shuts down a tunnel if it detects 10 or more seconds of inactivity. The solution is to set a keep alive or a ping that will ping the tunnel IP every 5 seconds. Currently the ping monitor limits the ping interval to 1 min. I would like to see if it can be changed to 5 seconds. Thanks, Concerned AWS Engineer....

Add to SSL certificate expiration monitor domain with expired certificate
It is impossible to add monitor for the SSL certificate expiration when the SSL certificate is expired. At the moment we realized, that we need such monitor. We have the configuration error, but not the alarm that the SSL is expired (we know it at this moment and need that the site24 will inform us when the certificate will be updated by our technicians, so will send us notification about it)
Acknowledge alerts to respective teams
Dear Concern authority, We are using site24x7 with more than 100 monitors and it is definitely good tool, but one feature i expected is that if we receive any alert and if we could acknowledge it so that team know's who is working on it, they may need not to call/wake up someone to handle the alert as the person got alert already acknowledges alert and inturn it informs to the team. Setting server monitors to be in maintenance mode via API
Hi Folks, Can someone point me to instruction about how to set server monitors to be in maintenance mode via the API? This is probably in the documentation somewhere, but searching for it is a bit tricky because it leads to hits on how to monitor APIs themselves, put those monitors in maintenance mode etc. Requirement is that we are turning servers in Azure on and off automatically according to a schedule, and would like to extend that to switch off Site24x7 monitoring before switching them off,
Alert profiles with minimum, maximum?
Greetings. We stumbled upon a pretty basic alert feature that appears to be missing (see #607762). Basically, it should be possible to have more than one alert profile per metric. For example, I'd like to be alerted if there are > 15k messages in a Rabbit Queue... that would indicate a problem. It would also indicate a problem if there are <10 messages in that same queue. Web Transaction (browser) monitor not running when scheduled.
I haven't seen a wider communication on this, so I wanted to make everyone aware. Web Transaction monitors across the board are not running within their scheduled intervals. We run ours every 5 minutes, however they are all running from 15 to 25 minutes between checks. If you are dependent on your monitoring as we are to check and alert in a timely manner, you should look into how this will affect you. We personally had one issue that did not alert for 45 minutes due to this (set to alert on the
Summary Reports with more details (e.g. windows service descriptions)
It would be beneficial if the scheduled reports would include more details. Right now it seems it's a summarization of uptime for all monitors. What I'd like to see is a break down of *ALL* my active monitors and associated down/uptime. For example including the windows services and processes (the service name of each being monitored), or custom plugins, etc
limit the persistent notifications based on alert types
Right now persistent notifications are global across account. There are cases where that doesn't really make sense. For example, a disk alert may be set to notify you at 85% but you wouldn't want to be alerted every 1-5 minutes all day every day. Recommend being able to turn off persistent notifications based on the alert type. Thanks.

Bulk Delete Network Devices
I just peformed a network discovery. It found 15 of the devices I want to monitor and another 150 devices (workstations) I don't want to monitor. I've been deleting those one by one but it's taking forever. Is there a bulk delete option for network devices?
chained thresholds and IT automations
Hi folks, has anyone set up a "chained" or "escalating" responses to, let's say, an outage? You can set up multiple automations, but I want them to occur in a waterfall fashion. For example: -- If apache fails (threshold), then start apache service (IT automation) -- -- If that doesn't succeed, then restart the server (IT automation) -- -- -- If that doesn't succeed, then restart AWS EC2 instance (IT automation) Anyone set something like this up?
