Hello, Guys. Any one encountering this king of error message when running the Web Transaction (Browser) recorder. www.site24x7.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates. An additional root certificate may need to be imported. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
Log Storage for Snort
Our company recently installed Snort as an intrusion detection application. It currently sends intrusion logs to a local syslog server, but we want to send those logs to Site 24x7. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Greetings, during add Oauth- Authorization Code flow, after filling the information, when i clicked the save button, the page blocked on AuthCode process, per oAuth process, AuthCode has been generated from Auth Server and redirected to redirect_uri ( this case is www.site24x7.com/app/OAuth2CallBack) but there is a post issue on request Token from Site24x7 server. please see the error screenshot. thanks, Jun
Mute Alarm
Hi there! We have several servers being monitored by Site24x7 and one of them, the smaller one, it has only 30GB of HDD - of course more than 80% is in use for the OS and since we put it on our dashboard we are constantly facing the critical alarm of HDD Usage (more than 90%). As we have the same rule for all the servers, I cannot modify this variable through the main rule. Due the aforementioned, is there a way to mute this critical alarm only for this server or a way to skip this kind of alarm

How do I get 1 minute polling interval for server monitors?
According to this pricing page https://www.site24x7.com/site24x7-pricing.html, I should be able to get 1 minute polling intervals. It says, "1 min Poll Frequency". It also says "Includes 300 of websites". If you click on that link, "Server Monitoring and Plugins" are included in the list. From what I can tell, the server monitors are only polling every 5 minutes. This seems to be somewhat misleading marketing unless there's a way to change the server monitor polling interval that I can't find.

Log4j 2 not logging to file .. instead logging to catalina.out
I have deployed my code into my local tomcat.. there log4j2 logs are appended to the file I have mentioned in the Rollingfileappender. But when I deploy this code in tomcat in unix server applications logs are added into catalina.out. The file gets created but app logs are not added there.. Can't get the root cause. Please help.

OAuth Profile - Retry after failures
Today when an OAuth profile has ~3 errors authenticating/refreshing its Oauth token, the profile stops trying to refresh the token until you manually go in and re-run the authorization step in the UI. While its helpful that we get an alert about the incident, it'd be more helpful if after some reasonable period of time (like 30 mins or an hour) Site 24x7 did re-try the token refresh, rather than just wait for manual intervention.

SSL Handshake and difference between other tools ?
When I test my website on 24x7 I have a much longer SSL Handshake time than on tools like webpagetest or dareboost. I can not understand why. Some of my competitors, on the other hand, have much shorter times than the tools like Webpagetest and Dareboost. Do you know where it can come from? Thank you

Monitoring a mount point
Is there a way to monitor mount points, and alert if they are not mounted, or another error occurs? OS: Linux Monitor: Standard linux host monitor Yesterday one of our servers was restarted (by accident, I swear) and on boot it did not recover it's it's NFS mount. We have a Firewall who's Memory statistics are represented as a string instead of an integer. Site24x7 currently only supports SNMP responses returned as integer values and as such I cannot query my FW for memory utilization.

Can we get total Handlecount of specific user instead of a process, this will help to track if we are within ulimit we specified for openfile. Process are dynamic ,they create and vanish so we miss track of their stats but user account will stay and we can check what ulimit we reached at specific time of day

Hello, I am trying to set up some Web Transaction monitors to fill out some data on a PHP form and then submit it. I was able to use the Web Transaction Recorder and was able to get the monitor to work. I'm now seeing an odd behavior where when the monitor polls the site, it completes and submits the form twice.
