I need to find out which sql job failed but sql monitor only gives the count of the failed jobs not the name

Hello dear folks! I start to test and evaluate Site24x7 as a valid infrastructure monitoring tool for my rough 20 and more servers. Today I install the Monitoring Agent on a couple of Windows Server 2012/2016. After Agent installation, I don't see those Server. Once I check the Log C:\Program Files (x86)\Site24x7\WinAgent\monitoring\logs\site24x7agentlog.txt I see a lot of error and issues during connecting and or sending information to the 24x7 sites... Could someone give some advice? - AV? - Firewall?

Add the owner and creation date on the Monitors page
It would be awesome to add the info of who created a Monitor, and when. This is very helpful in our case, since we have a lots of Monitors, and a lot of user. As of now, when a Monitor turns red, we can't know who to contact to look into it. Thx

Notification Related.
We are getting notifications for every time pcs restart. I made some change (screenshot) so it sends notification emails when a pc is off for 20 minutes or more, however, looks like I didn't set up correctly. I am still getting notifications normal restart. Please let me know how do I set up notifications, so I only get notifications if something critical or pc is off for 20 minutes or more. Please share setup to setup this.

Microsoft Flow Integration
Hello Developers, It would be great to see Microsoft Flow integration with Site24x7. i.e. Trigger "When a specified service is in Trouble". Microsoft Teams integration is great, but I'd like to do more custom actions. Currently I am using a HTTP POST, which allows me to do what I want currently. But for new users it would be easier to have tighter integration. Thanks.

Windows Servers timezone check
Hi, I have several Windows servers that are hosting international used .net applications. These .net applications use date time calculations based on the timezone settings of each server. We experience differences on those servers specially in relation to start/end of DST. Therefore I think it would be a good idea to propose a new feature: Use the windows site24x7 agent to check if all servers have the correct timezone configuration (compared to internet source). I am absolutely confused with these custom plugins and was wondering if anyone can answer 1. When I run the script and validate manually everything is fine no problem - I then add the script to become a plugin and Site 24x7 dashboard tells me that the JSON output is invalid. I then rename the folder & script and suddenly its correct? 2. How can I manually trigger a poll for the plugin. At times I can add a new plugin or change (changing the version number) and site 24x7 doesn't even see anything

Recently, I did a request in site24x7 to get total of request for determinated web site, for my surprise I get this totals: - In sites24x7 i get 74 requests; - In gtmetrix i get 174 requests. So, my question is: How site24x7 can get this confiability, like gtmetrix do? Or better, there's a way to site24x7 bring the same information?

Using REST API to produce Availability SLA report
There doesn't seem to be any way to use REST API calls to produce Availability SLA report similar to the GUI method (containing daily Availability history and business hours). Is there a way to produce and export these reports using automation? I am using /reports/availability_summary/{monitor_id}?period=7 Additionally, JSON output from that call is flawed - it contains duplicate items ('totaldowntime' and 'TotalDownTime'), which conflict when used with Powershell: ConvertFrom-Json : Cannot convert

Secondary Threshold and Availability for specific hours daily.
On most of my servers, daily they run some back end maintenance jobs nightly. It is expected that the CPU and RAM will be very heavy during this 1 hour window, we do not need to be notified. We do need to be notified if the server or a service is down. The rest of the day, we need the regular Threshold and Availability profile to notify us if the user experience might be suffering due to unexpected CPU or RAM utilization. Need to know when a monitor does not poll - how?
We had a situation where we have a handful of monitors (7 among two customers so far) that have not polled for up to 4 months. In two of those cases I know it's legitimate - the customer had issues and the monitor did not trigger. This is really not cool. I am trying to add the IP addresses of Site24x7 servers to AWS security group(outbound from On-Premise Poller to Site24x7 servers). AWS security groups are not allowed to add DNS names(Only IP addresses). So how can I know all IP addresses (or ranges (CIDRs)) of the Site24x7 servers that the On-Premise poller may communicate with? The following DNS records have been searched by nslookup / dig. dms.zoho.com: 8.39.54.136 plus.site24x7.com: 204.141.43.62 plus2.site24x7.com: 8.40.222.226
treshold profile update
Hello Problem is that for some monitors under threshold allow to set for how long can the monitor be down before it starts alerting and some dont. We would like to modify that value for other monitors also.

Alerts on build servers that start up and shut down on demand
I have Cloud-hosted build servers that I don't want to be running all the time (to save costs). So, the instances are started when a build has been triggered, and then 10 minutes after the processing completes, the instance is shut down (but not terminated). I don't want alerts going out when the host is "down". How can I do that? I can't find a way to "not care" when a host is "down". That, or what is the intended way to monitor this kind of host?
