Hi there I am looking for an approach to monitor that messages sent by my application are successfully delivered to email/whatsapp/telegram, etc. I've searched KB and found nothing to help me except the email delivery monitor. So, I can create an application which checks if the message is there. But what is a proper way to send this data to site24x7? I want to see it in reports and make alerting aware of delivery failures. A naive approach I can figure out by myself is to implement a nagios plugin.
Unable to access Server Details Using OAuth

multiple threshold for the disk partition
Hello, is there possibility to setup multiple threshold for disk partition for one monitor? example: i want for partition / on disk /dev/sda set 70% of disk usage as warning and 90% of disk usage as critical. in both case i want to send email or sms notfication. Is there a way to setup this configuration? I tried this cofigure via nagios plugins but it is not working as i predict. Hi All, I am trying to configure SPLUNK using the REST API to pull down monitor alerts from Site 24 x 7. As an example I am trying to pull down if something is defaced or the site is unavailable. I have been able to run via curl the commands as per the site24x7 API help guide and been able to get a response. Web Socket monitoring
Hello, Is it possible to set up Web Socket monitoring ? Typically on my website, a client connectes to the Websocket endpoint, does the handshake, receive a 101 change protocol response, and sends a first command to subscribe + is expected to receive pings at regular intervals. Is this type of monitoring supported by site24x7 ? Or do you suggest giving a shot at www.websocketmonitor.com ? If possible I'd like to keep everything under my site24x7 panel I tried searching a bit for web socket or websocket

Problems adding RUM to python site behind AWS Load Balancer

Hi, we have a Python/Flask/PostgreSQL application, monitored by Site24x7. Is it possible to get some of the APM dashboard/monitoring functionality by implementing the necessary metrics ourselves on our servers and pushing them to the Site24x7 site? I.e. similar (but simpler) to how the Java/DotNet and Ruby agents work. If yes, would we need to start from a blank slate or are there examples for how to publish APM metrics to the system? It would be relatively straightforward for us to compute requests

Any one set the status page (Green) to password protect and then the password NOT work? For some reason after setting a password on my status page, the password did not work. I have a large group of people who need access and this seems easier than permitting everyone's home IP address.

I was curious to know if anyone has a good process to gather monitoring requirements from different departments, or if you are a managed service provider, from your customers? Do you use a form that is given out to the department/customer, or do most departments/customers already have a list of metrics they require? What is your information gathering process? Site24x7 Email alert for EC2 have no unique value of server IP or Instance ID
We are getting site24x7 email alerts for AWS EC2 like memory,CPU,disk etc. but there is no mention of IP(Pvt or public IP) or Instance ID which are unique values . A alert name could be similar like "US-App1" and there might be 5-10 say nginx server running with same group name but different IPs. Is there any way i can add server IP in email alerts we get?

Can we suspend monitoring temperately for an EC2 and not suspended monitor itself. Use case is let say a EC2 server will generate Disk alerts and we know it will be like that for some time, so need to suspend monitor for some time while still keep server enabled for monitoring like CPU,memory.process alerts should function as it is. How can we achieve that in site24x7 ?
False down alert
Last night and this morning my team has been getting alerts saying that our sites are down. When we browse to the sites ourselves we are able to hit them and log into them without any issues. Even though the alarms are stating that the site is down.
