Feature Request - Manage Subscribers of StatusPage
We can configure the Status Page for subscribers to subscribe individual components rather than all components of Status Page. We know that just enable "Allow users to subscribe to individual components" in "Subscription Types". Feature Request - we would like to check which components the users subscribed to？ Thanks
Feature Request - Dashboard\report Filters based on Tags
Would it be possible to concider the possiblity to have the ability to use tags to filter what gets displayed on dashboard e.g i would like to display servers or services (reports or dashbaords) showing the availability that are tagged as "Accounts" or "HR" We also group services as high, medium, low criticality - it would be great to tag items as these are report on them accordingly.
Allow more than 10 addresses / ranges to be whitelisted against statusIQ status page
10 addresses / ranges is simply not enough; I work for an organisation of 5000 people and whilst I don't need to be able to enter 5000 separate addresses or ranges for access to my internal (only) page, 10 doesn't cut it. Can we start at 50? and can I have the option to import a spreadsheet with them on (in the format that you state) ? thanks Alastair Jones
pass parameters in http headers
I wish to pass parameters in the headers of my http response so that they can be sent to pager-duty. This is not possible right now with the [global] parameters. These are limited to random numbers, guid, or datetime.now.
Feature Request - Alert Notifications (Response time)
Would like to see the ability to set response time notifications so they alert only if 2 or more pollers have a response time greater then value set to trigger an alert. Not just when one is seeing slow response time. AND\OR Have the option to trigger alert if the threshold is breached two (configurable) or more times in a row. We're using on-premises pollers and every once in awhile they may see a higher response time while others do not. This generates a false positive.
Request To HIde Custom Dashboards
In our environment we have several monitored websites of different customers, when some of them get into at section of custom dashboards they can see the custom dashboards of other monitor groups that is not configured in their user. Workstation monitoring only after agent connects
We have an number of remote workstations that are only turned on when staff are present at the site that need to be monitored when running. This situation precludes using maintenance schedules to prevent monitoring as the workstations can be turned on at any time and turned off later that day. It would be very useful to have an option to commence monitoring only when the remote agent makes contact so that alerts are not being raised when the workstations are not turned on.
"x is trouble" alert in Mobile App (Typo/Wording)
I'm not sure if this has been reported, but for over a year now I've noticed that for alerts that I receive by email that say "x is in trouble" on the mobile app the wording is incorrect and says "x is trouble" (at least for the iOS app) and I don't believe a correction has been made yet for this issue although I feel that I reported it somewhere before last year, but maybe this will be a better place to report the issue.
Please add the "mute alarms" option in the native app
Hello, in the Web GUI it is possible to mute alarms in the alarms overview (top right corner). This feature should be also available in the native app (we use the iOS App). This would be very helpful for our On-Call duty when they know that an alarm can't be solved during the next hours. Thanks, Torsten

More sophisticated roles/permission concept
We have multiple use-cases with the requirement of a more customizable role/permission-configuration: 1) We provide trainings for new employees that include site24x7. The trainees should be able to create their own monitors/ alerts but they should not be able to delete monitors/ alerts for our production systems. A second site24x7-account would be an option but this won't work either, because a user/ email can only belong to one account. 2) We have several application-owners that create their own
Enhanced permissions for Operator role for specific monitor group
I need to give one or two of my operators the right to creation/modification/delete monitors in a specific monitor group, unfortunately this is currently not possible. Currently the only possibility is to make them admin. If doing I'm exposing them to all monitor groups and the full Site24x7 configurations... Could you create a "Super Operator" role or enhance the operator role with the possibility to grant creation/modification/deletion rights of monitors within a selected monitor group? Thank you

Delay StatusIQ downtime until monitor fails n number of times
We are heavy users of your platform an rely on the site24x7-StatusIQ integration to update our public facing status page. Our app will occasionally have a 1-2 minute service blip and when that happens, StatusIQ is updated to "Major Outage"" and hundreds or thousands of emails go out to customers. It looks REALLY bad and at this point our leadership requires a fix which could mean having to move away from site24x7 unfortunately. OS Monitor - I/O Utilization graph with Top processes
Hello, for the CPU utilization exists a graph which shows top processes sorted by the cpu consumption. It would be great if this feature exist also for disk I/O utilization. Restricted Admin Account
We greatly need the ability to have a user account with Admin like permissions for only specified groups and restrictions for changing anything else like Configuration Profiles, automations, etc. that are global. Feature Request - Disk Queue Length
I would like to be able to see the disk Queue length the same way i currently see the disk I/O. And i would also love to see the options to set alarms based on I/O and Queue length. These counters are really good to predict performance degradation based on Hardware/storage issues, specially on shared virtual environments.
Web defacement monitoring for web site with login page
We would like to have a feature that can monitor the web page after login. For example, For drive.google.com/drive/my-drive%2C we can now only monitor the Google login page but not the actual page of a google drive folder. I know there is a Web Transaction function that can monitor availability for pages with login, but it does not provide web defacement monitoring. Can Site 24x7 build a web defacement function on top of Web Transaction? Thank you!
Monitoring of String Attributes in APM Insight
Currently it is only possible to monitor Integer and Float JMX Attributes with APM Insight. It would be helpful if String Attributes could be monitored and raise alarms as well.
Drag & Drop of multiple monitors in infrastructure maps dashboards
Hello, in large environments with lots of monitors it would be very helpful if it is possible to select multiple monitor objects to move them on the dashboard to another location on the map. Disable Command Line from the server agent
The need to disable the system command line functionality on the agent is critical. While this can be turned "off" and "on" on the account level, the functionality still exists so that if someone did take over an account they could take over multiple servers. This is critical for security. We need to have an option on the server agent that prevents the CLI no matter what setting is on the account.

it appears that an operator who creates a maintenance page is the only person who can edit/delete unless you are admin or greater. It would be a great feature to have some sort of group to manage the people who could add/delete/modify maintenance events.
Status Page: set language of initial page view by querystring parameter

Cloudcheckr Integration
We are using Cloudcheckr quite extensively, and it does support a very good Right Sizing tool. However, unless we deploy either Cloudwatch Agents or Datadog on each instance, we do not have any memory data, which makes it more difficult to rely on suggested instance sized. Alerting based on group events
Dear support, As discussed with case #1123567, please include the feature of alerts when a number of devices in group are down. This will eliminate the too much noise that is coming from site24 and user consider it as SPAM thus ignoring important alerts.

Anyone else wishing there was netflow support in the tool? Great that I can see that my internet link is pegged and can even see which port it is if it happens to be a single port, but sucks having no idea what the traffic is.
JMX Monitor as an extra Monitor instead of fully APM agent
Hello, we would like to have the possibility to have an extra JMX monitor (as basic monitor) instead of using a full APM agent. We often interested only in few basic information like JVM runtime metrics and not in tracing transactions or general deep insight into the application.
