Please add monitoring of KVM/QEMU enabled Linux hosts. This feature already exists in Applications Manager but no in Site2x7 - www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/kvm-monitoring.html

I'm offering a feature request to add a text box for notes in every monitoring service. This will allow us to enter some details about the monitor or set a URL for a KB article that explains the problem and its resolution. Thank you.

Container Monitoring: Alert threshold for RAM utilization as a percentage rather than a value in MB
Currently, there is no option to configure alert thresholds for containers for RAM utilization as a percentage rather than a value in MB. Applications have varying needs, applications running as containers will have varying RAM limits placed on them. It would be ideal to be able to alert on RAM utilization in containers as a percentage as shown in the Mem% output of the "docker stats" command.
Monitor Last Modified Time
Would be great to have the user who did the last modification on the monitor on the Inventory Tab
SSO for Customers who use white-labelled portal
We really need to be able to offer Single Sign On to our Customers who access Site24x7 through the white-labelled portal. SSO is fast becoming a default option that customers expect on Managed Services and without it we offer a less secure service. Thanks!
IT Automation Logs and Audit Logs
We need better way to search into IT Automation Logs , Audit Log, etc we need to make searches by device name, and be able to export the log. we need as well to schedule a report of the IT Automation Logs.

Web Transaction Availability Thresholds not reflected in Reports
We have noticed that the availability reports for web tests (transactions) polled from multiple geographical polling locations dont follow the settings in the Thresholds profile. e.g. Threshold profile is set to report as down when 3 locations report as down. Observed behavior Availability reports show that the service was down on one poller (not three) This reports as an outage e.g. Madrid - UP Paris - UP Manchester - Down Berlin - UP In this instance Availability Report will report an Outage. Ability to suppress specific maintenance tasks from pushing to StatusIQ
We'd like a way to prevent a specific daily recurring maintenance task from pushing to our StatusIQ page, while still allowing other maintenance tasks to be pushed and displayed? We have a nightly maintenance task that we'd like to prevent being displayed for end users, while still allowing other events to be displayed.
Add ability to sort Feature Request requests by date, number of likes.
Hi, I'd like to be able to look through the current feature request requests to upvote features that already have been requested. Unless I am missing something, it looks like it's just a flat list of requests sorted by last updated. If I could sort by date created, or number of likes, I'd take some time and review the request to give my vote towards features I want, or didn't even know I was missing. Thanks! Steven
Block Pop Up in Web Transaction Monitor
Hi. A customer is using Site24x7 for monitoring his websites. They are having some issues because they, as a retail company, often shows pop ups to their customer in the webpage offering different products. The issue here is when they add a new campaign, the monitor is marked as critical because a new element is being showed in the webpage so they have to re-record again, then, when they delete the campaing, the monitor is marked again in critical becuase the element is not found. On-Premise Poller Monitor - test last polled status
We have noticed that a number of tests on our on premise pollers have not polled for a very long time. Issue was not obvious. Only discovered when a critical application failed that wasn't identified in Site24x7 When you go to Admin, On-Premise Poller and then the respective poller, the list of tests all show green status (suggesting all is ok) The last polled time only specifies a time and not the date. Allow "+" sign for email address
We require separate invoicing for separate customers. Even in MSP account that doesn't seem to be possible. One workaround could be to create separate accounts probably utizling a gmail feature to use "+" sign to create unlimited email addresses. In that case you can provide multiple email addresses, but utilizes the single email account. Otherwise using separate email addresses for few dozens of site24x7 accounts is not practical. Multiple Level Escalation Notification
Hi Support, Currently there is limited possibility to setup the Vertical Escalation Notification within the same support group as Server Level-1, Server Level-2, Server Level-3, Server Lead , Server Management Current setup is supporting the same Alert Notification to multiple teams like Infra/DB/Application but the escalation is not possible from the Site 24x7. Server Checks - Request to display current reported values (and possible graphs)
We are using server checks e.g file age, size check etc. Although you can set thresholds (annoyingly no option to report when a file drops below a specific file size), you cannot see the current reported value It would be extremely helpful if this could be displayed within the platform as 1) it would inspire confidence that site24x7 is correctly reporting a file age, size (you only get a status up/down) 2) Able to chart values e.g. how does a file size change over time. useful for log file analysis
Add Linux process uptime metric under the Process tab => Processes
Sometime it's important to know to know a particular process uptime, in seconds (days, minutes, etc..) Then value can be compared with the threshold time values set in process Threshold Profile for settings a status and/or executing IT automation task. Use SubGroups in Dashboards
Like to see Subgroups added to be used like the main groups in adding SubGroup to Dashboards for example as well as applying Bulk Action to monitors inside SubGroups or search for Monitors etc.. Also assigning monitor to a group in Monitor Properties, the Subgroup is not visible and cannot add the monitor directly to the subgroup. Thanks
Adding monitors to subgroups from the Edit page
Please show Subgroups in the dropdown list on Associate with Monitor Group(s) when editing a server monitor. It makes no sense to only show the parent groups. We are migrating a large number of servers into 24x7, and are in the situation of having to go to edit our subgroups and scrolling until we find the specific monitor we want to add; fixing this would make our life so much easier whenever we add a new server to the system.
Availability report for Sub-Groups
I was thinking it would be easy to have the dashboard clean if i can have availability reports for Sub-Groups and as far as i have searched i am unable to find this option Is this Item is in Site24x7 Road-map and we have more than 100 monitors inside sub-groups so, it will be very easy for us to get classified Availability Reports in a single place.
Enable "Tree View" option
When you have a large number of monitors (500+) it is difficult to organize them and to be able to graphically observe the groups and subgroups as in a tree view. The current group view does not allow you to see the hierarchies of the groups (parent and child). Business view becomes difficult to observe when there are a large number of monitors.

Exclude notifications based on tags
One can now configure Third Party Notifications based on Monitors, Tags or All Monitors. Based on Tags works on an include, which is tricky, because if you forget to tag a resource, you won't be alerted. Could you foresee the option not only to include based in tags, but also to exclude? So we get alerted for all monitors, except the ones with certain tags.

We recently ran into an issue where our SPF record exceeded 10 domain lookups. The domains included in our SPF record updated to include more domains, and the total number of lookups exceeded 10. It would be great if there was a way to monitor the number of SPF domain lookups.

Feature Request for StatusIQ: Response Time by Local inside StatusPage
Inside the Monitor's Page, there's a chart called "Response Time by Local" (my interface is in Portuguese - Brazil, so maybe the name is different in your page), and this chart shows the response time by local, and i can un/check any local I want to show a more precise information. Hello, we are very happy that you introduced the netflow feature in site24x7. It would be helpful for us if you can show a stacked area chart for selected time range for application/protocols traffic and conversation traffic. And is it also planned to show all network information in the native iOS/Android App? For servers it is already very useful. Poller Status displayed on Dashboard screens

Historical Alarm report
Currently we don't have option to generate report of historical alarms generated for proactive problem management purpose. What we have is alert logs that sends email to specific users and there is a limit of 500 email per day and may not generate email beyond that. We need a report that should have the columns like Monitor Name, Host, Severity, DateTime, Monitor Type, Alert Msg, Technician, Reason etc. This is a critical business requirement. Adding Maintenance Windows with Tags
Since tags are becoming a large part of Site24x7, it will be a great addition to be able to schedule maintenance based on tags instead of by monitor or monitor groups. For example, you may have blog sites across multiple groups but having to select multiple monitors across the groups, one can easily tag each of them with a tag for blogs and use that tag to schedule maintenance.
