Hello, Is there a way to have the Linux agent grab information on services such as Apache, PHP and MySQL, such as versions, and display that in the Asset Details?
duplicate web sequence
I would like to request to ability to copy a sequence by changing the host. In my case, I have multiple instances of the same software running on diff servers. Right now, I would have to create a sequence for each, instead of just one. Thank you

Hi, I wonder if it's possible to set 2 step or more website monitor with custom parameters? I found that Your Real Browser is very limited in it's possibilities:( In fact it allows me to use only static data. And if I want to operate with session-id as regexp in my next steps Real Browser is useless. Sergii
URL Link in the alerts needed
Can there be a shortened link added to the alert emails and SMS's that brings us to the monitor's detail page? So that we can easily put the monitor in maintenance mode or tell it to poll again now or suspend it, etc?
Notification in email "Server is up"
Hello, We just got th Site24x7 service and we age getting email notifications. For example when server is in "TROUBLE" after it we get that server is "UP". We also receive notifications when server is "DOWN" and after it is "UP". It is confusing. I do understand when server is "DOWN"- "UP", but when it is "TROUBLE"- "UP" is should be renamed or something in email notification.
Systemd or SysVinit Scripts for Linux On-Premise Probe
It looks like currently the On Premise Probe can only be started manually and also runs in the foreground. I can probably write my own scripts for this, but It would be nice to have canonical supported versions.
Consolidated Report for Monitors
Today if I have to get detailed report (with scheduled downtimes and reason for downtimes) I need to download or schedule individual report. can I get this in bulk someone in one shot? If it is possible to Schedule, it'd be great but if it is available only for download that would do too.
Increasing the size of Service and Procees to be monitored inside a server monitor.
It will be great to have more than 10 service and process monitors inside a server monitor. We have more than 10 custom windows services and currently we cannot monitor all of them.

Request for database queries
The ability to run SQL queries against databases via the SQL Monitor, or another monitor, and alert on the results. eg select count(*) from sales where date > sysdate() and alert if it returned less then 10 for example

Add timer to 'Check keyword presence in the response' feature
Hi, I would like to propose Improvement to 'Check keyword presence in the response' feature. Can you guys add timer to it? I saw this feature on some other web monitor apps and I found it useful for us. Let's say, we want to check 'shipping' keyword on the page. By default, keyword check happens right after page loaded, but in some cases additional loading still happening and module with 'shipping' word not appears yet. In this case Monitor status set to 'Trouble', but it is not. After next check

Each dashboard I have created has the same name of NOC DASHBOARD in the upper right hand side across from the Logo. Is there a way to change the name on these from NOC DASHBOARD to something more relevant? If not, can we have this as a feature request? Thanks
Small change to Outage Reports
When exporting an Outage Report to CSV, the Monitor Name column is not completely filled in. Instead, only the first outage for a given monitor has the name filled in and all the rest are blank, until a different monitor is listed in the report. I think I understand why that was done from an aesthetic perspective, so that you don't have the same name repeated over and over, but I tend to slice and dice these reports (pivot tables, etc) and one of the most common pivot points is the Monitor Name.
Better Error Detection
I've discovered that the "Comments" section of an exported Outage Report can sometimes be a bit misleading - This is the section that generally gives us more information about the error that site/server is reporting. As an example, I've found that a comment reading "Internal Server Error" can really mean a lot of different things. I'm guessing that you guys are just looking at the HTTP response and converting that into something more "human readable" but I think we can do better if Site24x7 can somehow
Portal Integration for SLA Report
I would like to have the ability to have my SLA and Business Hours apply to any report and to then be able to expose those reports outside Site24x7. Currently, the reports I can expose to my users do not have business hours applied, and this gives an incorrect impression to our users about the availability metrics. If you think about it, the users are the ONLY ones that really care about the SLA compliance. The rest of the IT team should be concerned about ALL outages, not just those during business
New Iframe with more information that update automatically
Hi, The IFrames you provide for now doesn't automatically update every x time.. you provide only 1 iframe that doesnt update automatically but it doesnt have enough information(locations,graph etc). can you please provide us a new IFrame feature that update automatically , had more information and if you can add Sound notification when site going down . that would be great. thanks if its hard to understand what i'm asking , i can send you photos.
Email based events
Some of our systems generate alerts via email only. It would be great to have Site24x7 "monitor" based on received such emails, like PagerDuty's or OpsGenie's . Site24x7 already implements nice notification management (that's one of the reasons we chose it), so why integrate another service just for this feature? Thanks! Erez
"Test" button for new monitor
When configuring a monitor, it would be helpful to have a "test" button with quick verification and error explanation. Currently, I must "save", trigger the new monitor, check/guess what went wrong, enter the "edit" screen, etc...

Wrap Monitor Column in reports and UX
This is mostly a nit-picky thing... but posting here nonetheless just in case others may have the same problem. In my use case, we tend to produce some fairly long names for our monitors. We used long monitor names so as to make searching quite versatile for us, giving us an ability to search on things like environment, url/domain, poor-man's "tags" (for example tag_client), etc... and putting all of that in the monitor name. The problem is that long monitor names get cut off in emailed reports,

Allow Multiple Monitor Groups in Status Dashboard
When creating new status dashboards, under "Select Resource Type" we have the option to select individual monitors, a single group or all monitors. I would like to be able to select multiple groups. This functionality is available in other parts of the site, such as Maintenance scheduler.

Allow more than one user to have full admin role
As far as we can tell, currently only one user can have full access to all features in our account. Granting someone else "Admin" role still does not give them access to the API key, etc. This is a problem in any larger IT department and I would like to see a role that has ALL access that can be given to more than one person. Encrypting Form Login Authentication Information
Greetings, It would be great if we can hide the parameters that are passed when we set up monitoring for a page that requires a login. There is an instance here where a user's account is being used to login to a page that is being monitored, we don't want the user's information to be available to anyone with admin access. Thresholds and Notifications - Feature requests
It would be useful with following changes/addons: 1. Possibility to chose if an exceded threshold should generate status "Trouble" or "Down". 2. Possible to set several combinations of threshhold & activity + notification profiles on the same monitor. Then we could setup one configuration that warns a certain notification group when the server is in Trouble, and then at some other threshold we could warn when it is Down. (i.e. then different methods of alerting the affected people could be used)

Hi Guys, Looking at the settings for reoccurring maintenance windows, would it be possible to have something like [number] [day] of the [week/month/year] with which we could create for example : 1st Tuesday of the month Some method of multi select would also be useful so one could achieve for example: 1st and 2nd Wednesday and Thursdays of each month ?
