Portal Integration for SLA Report
I would like to have the ability to have my SLA and Business Hours apply
to any report and to then be able to expose those reports outside
Site24x7. Currently, the reports I can expose to my users do not have
business hours applied, and this gives an incorrect impression to our
users about the availability metrics. If you think about it, the users
are the ONLY ones that really care about the SLA compliance. The rest
of the IT team should be concerned about ALL outages, not just those
during business hours!
