I think I understand why that was done from an aesthetic perspective, so that you don't have the same name repeated over and over, but I tend to slice and dice these reports (pivot tables, etc) and one of the most common pivot points is the Monitor Name. So, long story longer, this means I have to manually fill in those names, which is not ideal. I'd like to see the name be filled in for each line item in an exported CSV report.
