When a monitor alerts for high response time, can the trace route information be captured as part of this alert, as this will help with ongoing diagnostics.
Eventlog Summary Report
Hi all, please provide a report for all monitors to see all events from all server eventlogs (Warning, Error) in the complete environment. Classified with a counter which events are errors and most frequentley, which are warnings and also most frequentley in the environment. Top 10 warnings\errors in the environment .... Would help us to know a little bit more about our service quality! Thanks Patrik
allow waterfall capture for partial page load / timeout
We have a few sites that are timing out based on the total page load time, and generating a alert in site24. While it captures a lot of information related to ping, dns, screen capture etc, it does not help in diagnosing a partial page load issue. Ideally it would be great to capture the waterfall of this connection to determine if it is hanging on a specific element or elements or on first byte, etc. If it is too difficult to implement a full waterfall, at least some addtional information to help
NOC View Representation
in Noc view if we click on any server it was open in same tab our requirement is must be open in new tab If we click on any server in NOC View, it opens in same tab. If you give options like open in new tab/window it's helpful to us.
Support for client certificate authentication in RBM monitoring
Currently there is no way to present a Client Cert with Real Browser Monitoring. Our company has sites where this is a step in the authentication process. By not having the ability to present a cert, something curl is capable of doing, Site 24x7 RBM is limited.
Custom comments are not updated in Site24x7
Currently, comments updated by the user are not displayed in the web console. By default, the comment generated by Site24x7 will be on display. However, user comments should be visible in Site24x7 and also in outage reports. This feature was available in old UI, however without any prior intimation to us, this feature was all of a sudden revoked in new UI.
"maintenance mode" for all monitor in a monitor group with just one click
Hi there when maintaining a set of resources we need to set 'maintenance mode' for all the monitor in a monitor group. It would be handy to do this with just one click instead of going through all the single monitors.
OAuth2 Support for API Monitors
Would be nice if there was a way to monitor APIs that are secured by OAuth2. Example: Monitor an API called /Status requires a bearer token in the authorization header which is retrieved from a call to /Auth with a client key and secret. This is the client_credentials flow.
To be able to Pull Reports on servers only associated with a SubGroup
One can pull Server Reports associated with a Group, but one cannot choose the SubGroup
Web Monitor Responsetime Threshold
Are there plans to include Thresholds for response time for web checks? Would be nice to have warning and critical levels. We had a huge spike in response time for a check and no notification got sent out. Would be nice to be able to set these in the check instead of having to create profiles. We have sites that vary in load times so setting profiles would be way too much extra work.
Round Robin Location Checks
It would be nice if you could have website checks occur in a round robin fashion based on locations that you choose. Today it always checks from the primary unless there is an issue. There may however be an issue from a specific location that is never seen because things are working fine for the primary location.
Disintegrate / de-intergrate EC2 / Agent Monitors function per Account
Hi, As this function can only be done by Support, I would suggest to add this function per Account/ MSP Account: If the AWS Monitor is setup to include EC2 Instances, AND in regard to the stats for the HDD & RAM that the Agent is also installed on the said EC2 Instances, then both Monitors are automatically merged together producing 1 single Monitor but with 2 Pricing Modules. This can only be undone by support on a per account basis. It would be a benefit if the Instance in question that has both
Single Text Message Number For Alerts and add shortcodes
As a user, I would like to only receive Site24x7 Alerts from one number. It would also be incredibly convenient if they were to use shortcodes.
Add authentication to custom status pages (currently entirely publicly available..)
I would like to add some type of authentication to custom staus pages that I create. Currently they're all open to the internet.. Auth could through an S24x7 credentials with users given access to specific reports..or LDAPS..or anything you liike! as long as there;s a prompt for a username nad password when trying to access, I dont care how it works! I need to stream line the users or email addressess on who should recive the Root cause analysis reports - which is not possible currenlty - can you please lookinto that.
Trouble Alerts
Is there a way to setup trouble alerts for our web monitors based on locations? Example: if a site is being reported as down from one or more locations up to the down threshold to have a trouble alert sent out and once the threshold is hit then a down alert is sent.
Support for filesystem check in server monitoring agent
Hi Please provide support to check when a file system became read only because it happens all the time when there is a network issue in cloud environment. This check will notify us immediately and we can avoid critical problems.
Specify Trouble/Down alert for each threshold check
At the moment there is no option to change the alert from Trouble to Down - in my case it is needed for some more sensitive systems.

Due to European Union data regulations concerns, would be nice to use Site24x7 running in a EU Datacenter.
Feature Request: Remove "State" from Monitor details and replace with "status"
When listing all monitors via the API or getting a specific monitor's details a variable of "state" is returned. this "state" is either Active(0) or Suspended(5) (per support.) To get a monitor's actual "status" you have to call the status api calls. Feature Request: Replace "state" in the monitor details with "status." "State" is a pointless variable when "status" provides the same and more information.
More detailed info on "SSL Certificate modified" alerts
Would be nice to have a note of what was modified that caused the alert.
Alerting thresholds by work day - FEATURE REQUEST
It would be great to be able to adjust alerting thresholds by user/company based on the work day. Not just completely stop alerts, but limit them where prudent. Example. During business hours we would like to be alerted to an internet outage immediately, but after business hours it may be OK to wait a couple hours before being alerted to see if the line comes back up on it's own. Thank you for your consideration!
AWS tags to webhook
I know you guys have some AWS tags related changes in the pipeline. One feature that would be a tremendous help, would be the option to send AWS tags when a monitor alerts. One can now add custom tags to a webook. Adding the AWS level tags automatically to the json that gets sent to that webhook would be perfect!
Migrating monitors to different pollers / monitoring locations
Would be nice to have a way to migrate a group of monitors from one monitoring location to another. For example, I had to migrate 33 monitors from one on-premise poller to a new one and intead of being able to migrate them in a batch, I had to go into each one and do it one by one...with Site24x7's inability to open the monitors in new tabs, it's a painsaking task with lots of backspacing
Default webhook
We use webhooks in Third Party Integrations exclusively for alerting. This works great, but there is one drawback. Newly created monitors don't have webhooks assigned and thus have no alerting. We need to either manually set the webhook or set it on intervals through the API. Would it be possible to add the option to set a default webhook when a monitor is added?
Can we have geography based web traces
The web traces comes on a global level for now, it would be good to have it on geography basis to improve the geogrpahy based delays.
Web Application - Real Browser Monitoring - No way to alert based on Transaction time
Hello, We have configured Real Browser Monitoring. But there is no way to configure the threshold for transaction time. There is a threshold for page load / response time only. This severely constrains use of Real Browser Monitoring. Thank you
Add default action to Notification Profile
We are using Opsgenie to handle all our alerts. There is no native integration, so we use actions based on webhooks. We run a Lambda every hour to set the correct action to each monitor. The problem here is that there is always a period of maximum one hour, where no action is attached to a newly created monitor, so no alerts will be sent during that period. A simple solution would be to allow a default action to be configured in the DEFAULT Notification Profile. That way an action is always attached
Creating custom email template
Hey, I want to create custom email template for each alert I got (100 alerts total) and I found this difficult because if I want to associate email template to alert I need to create a new notification profile for it (which is makes things difficult - I need to create 100 email template and 100 notification profiles). in my opinion, email template section shouldn't be under "Notification profile", it should be separated from it so people can select which email template they want no matter what notification
Outages / Downtime - When to log & Bulk deletion
I would like the ability to: Bulk delete downtime within certain date ranges and also downtime duration, e.g. All outages from May 7th under 15 mins Ability to not log as downtime/outage if under a certain time period, e.g. Do not log as Down if under 15 mins Thanks
Customer name in reports
Would it be possible to add the customer name in the Weekly Report email subject? This would be useful for MSP's.
Editing Process names.
It would be great to be able to edit the 'Name' field when setting up a new process check. When an alert is fired, the notification message contains the .exe name of the process, which unless you know what it is, is quite useless info. Being able to change the name of the alert at least to something more meaningful would be extremely useful. many thanks.

Duplicating configuration templates.
hi there, it's likely we'll need to have quite a few configuration templates to take care of various different monitor environments...currently, it's not possible to duplicate the default template, to create a new one that is similar, you need to start a new one from scratch. Being able to duplicate existing ones would potentially save a lot of setup time. many thanks.
Change Log
Having a change log is a huge need for Site24x7. Currently anyone with proper rights can go in and make changes to monitors and there is no way to track who did what changes; at least from my digging around there is no way to track. Would be nice to have a Change Log that shows who changed a monitor, what they changed and when they changed it.
Mobile app Push notifications for selected MSP customers
It would be super useful to be able to select from a list of available customers which ones you want to be alerted about. We have a bunch of techs, who needs to get instant alerts for some, but not all, customer to which they have access, so being able to select of subset for push notifications would really be great.
Network Monitoring Licensing on Inactive ports
We recently purchased the network monitoring piece from site24x7. We have 32 48 gig switches, both HP and Cisco accross multiple locations. Many of the switches we are not utilizing all the ports, thus it is taking up many licenses for monitoring ports not in use and probably will never be in use. Has anyone run into this issue? At this point we have purchased 1000 and approximatly 300 licenses for monitoring are useless becuase the ports are not in use. I would like to disable monitoring on the
