CPU Utilization threshold
For CPU Utilization threshold one can only pick a value up to 120 minutes. Why is this the case? For some servers we have batches that run longer than that on a monthly basis, and would like to set the time duration to 1440. Why is this not possible? Furthermore, in my opinion it should not take the amount of time set in the time duration for a monitor to become TROUBLE, for a monitor to recover. For example, I set CPU alerts to only go to TROUBLE after 120 minutes of 90%. When I have 150 minutes
Update process monitor name or add a tag
It would be great if we could rename, or add more information, to a process monitor. Example, We have a server running postfix. I put that in the monitor so we can know if it dies, it and it shows up with Name = 'master' Path = '/usr/libexec/postfix/master' This is strictly true, but not helpful, as we're simply alerted that 'process master' isn't working, which is non-helpful. Alerting Options - Actions OR User Alert Group
Is there a way to set one or the other? Currently you MUST set a User Alert Group even if you have an action set. In our case, we use actions to create events in Big Panda but because we also MUST have a User Alert Group set we are doube alerting on the same outage in Site24x7. Having the option that you MUST have one of the two is fine.
Alert Acknowlegement
Not sure if this is already in the works but it would be nice to have an ACK option on alerts so that future alerts don't go out since the issue is already being worked on. Also, would be nice to have a uniform list of options in the Outages burger menu. for certs it's one set: for websites it's a different set:
Monitor Windows Server 2016 Storage Spaces Direct
We have recently implemented Windows Server 2016 Storage Spaces Direct Failover Clustering and would like to be able to monitor the health via the exposed API's. App Support Multiple Accounts
I really could use the ability for Site24x7 iOS app to support multiple accounts. I use this for two organization I help out that are separate from each other, but there is no way to get push notification alerts or even 'check in' on the app without signing out and back in to each one. I feel I'll have to move one of them over to another Site24x7 competitor so I can have monitoring on both at the same time (keep one account with site24x7 and another with another company and separate app).
Make actions available for AWS monitor
We currently only use actions as means of alerting. Every alert has an action defined, which posts to a webhook at Opsgenie, which takes care of the alert handling. During a recent issue we noticed that there is no option to add an action to the overall Amazon Web Services monitor. As such we are not alerted. Can you add actions to this monitor type?
Software application inventory\audit - inlcusive reports
Hi All, Would be great if a feature exist to monitor which software is installed on a windows server (like programs and features on a windows server). This information could be visible in the "Inventory" section of a server or on the "Server Tools" section. Furthermore a global report function for all installed versions of a software in the complete environment could help to keep the environment updated and secure! Page load historical trend
My site requires authentication so it seems like I need to use the Site24x7 recorder to log in and then navigate the site. I am interested in seeing the page load time over time for each page I visit as part of a recorded journey through my site. This will be displayed on a dashboard to show my top 10 pages of historical page load time. Currently Site24x7 offers historical page load time, but it includes all the pages visited during a recorded journey and you have to unselected all the other pages
Services and Processes Template\Profile
We need a Profile for "Services and Processes". We have many servers with the same service monitoring. In this case it would be helpfull if a possibility exist to activate a service\processes profil for X servers. Thank you in advance!
Multiple PagerDuty service keys
We use site24x7 to monitor several services which are managed by different teams, with different escalation policies on PagerDuty, but as only 1 service key is currently supported we cannot have different service alerts go to those different teams / policies.
DNSSEC Monitoring Please
Please add the ability to validate and monitor DNSSEC zones. Due to multiple dependencies and periodic manual key rollover, DNSSEC failures are more common than one would hope. Notifiaction Profile for Cert Checks
Trying to setup notification profiles for use with certs where we can setup an email template with a URL to troubleshooting documentation. I see the oprion in web and other monitors but not on the cert. Is this something that can be added soon?

Inventory Monitor View Enhancements
Hi Team, It would be handy if we could filter by Monitor Group on the Inventory Monitor view in admin area. Amazon Web Services detection - but as part of setup set the notification/threshold/user we want
Hi Team, Today we setup Amazon Web Services detection which goes out and finds stuff which is great. But as we can't tell the detection engine what notication/threshold/user group we want. Once detection is complete we need to go through the hard process of figuring out what is new and then go one by one and add noticaition/threshold/user group to each. (We sometimes use the bulk rollout of change as well). Would be helpful if we can as part of the detection setup, say if you find EC2 set this way,
Feature Request - Add custom Date for SLA Reports
Currently SLA report only allows to check up to 30 days. We are interested to get SLA reports for custom dates, to check and report if SLAs have been accomplished according to contract agreements. Example: Our internal SLAs are measured by semester.
Sort Options on Various pages
It would be nice if pages with lists would allow for sorting by header. My biggest need/ask for this is under the "Outages." This currently sorts alphabetically by monitor name. I'd like to be able to pull up the last 7 days and sort by the "Start Time" of the outages so I could easily see how many outage impacts there are on a specific day. Start Date/Time seems more of a logical default sort for this type of list. Other Examples: In the "Users and Alerts" section I may want to sort by "User Role"

EC2 stopped instances
Right now a stopped EC2 instance is seen as DOWN. However, this day and age, stopping an instance is more often than not intended. Certainly in a cloud setup where you want to save costs. An option would be to schedule maintenance for those instances, but then you need to manually do this each time you shut down an instance. It would be better if one could chose whether a stopped instance should report as DOWN or not.

Create a report that allows: To check if Maintenance is been executed as planned by the organization. To validate that incidents are not been marked as maintenance by operators.
Feature Request - Filter alert logs by Monitor
When viewing alarms you can click on the "alert logs" to view the logs of when/where alerts were sent. It would be nice if from this view it took you specifically to the alert logs for this alarm. Additionally, you should be able to filter the alert logs for a specific monitor.

Feature request - Dependency Monitors
I would really like to have an option for configuring dependencies for monitors. Consider this scenario: Lets imagine 50 (or whatever number of web applications) running at a given data center or server. If the network or server goes down, I would receive alerts/notifications for all of those web sites. It would be better if we can configure a network map (such as in Icinga) or on a simpler level, have an ability to define monitor dependencies. In my scenario described, those 50 web site monitors
Combining Cert and other basic web checks with Web checks
These two should be one check for monitoring https sites.. This way customers don't waste a full check on a cert check that only expires yearly at minimum, most people I know purchase multiple year certs so having a separate check for that is not needed. Also, site defacement and other checks that can fit in the same request should be bundled as options in the website check.
iframe feature - open in new tab when clicked
We currently have the iframe code embedded on our company website. When you click on the iframe, it loads the next Site24x7 page within the iframe itself, so it becomes a window within a window. We’re looking for a way to make the iframe open in a new tab when someone clicks on it. Per my ticket 329465, I was advised this would be a feature request and should submit this to the forum.
Provide method - see what monitors assocated with user group
Hi Support, When deleting User Groups created, at times we find that it has associated monitors error. There doesn't seem to be a way in the Site24x7 portal to find what monitors are related to User Groups. The only way to date is to raise a support ticket to have you query this on the back end. AWS resource ARN's
Would it be possible to return the AWS resource ARN's when requesting all monitors through the API? Right now we need to compose the ARN's ourselves, which works, but it would be easier and cleaner if we could just grab the ARN from the returning JSON.
Add additional threshold criteria options
I would like to see the ability for thresholds to have more comparisons then just 'exceeds'. Less then and equal to would be a great start. Ability to set thresholds that alert if it exceeds a certain value for longer then a certain time period would also be useful in removing false positives.
Cleanup of removed instances
As it is now, EC2 instances that get deleted, are in a suspended state. I can see why that is. However, it would be nice to have the option to automatically remove resources that are no longer present. Like, every first of the month or so.
