I would like to add some type of authentication to custom staus pages that I create. Currently they're all open to the internet..

Auth could through an S24x7 credentials with users given access to specific reports..or LDAPS..or anything you liike! as long as there;s a prompt for a username nad password when trying to access, I dont care how it works!
