Monitor for MTR
Hi Would it be possible to get an MTR style monitor? The use case would be to track and notify when route info changes, when route hops count gets much longer or shorter, when there are issues getting to a previously good node within the trace or when packet loss is detected past a threshold. This might help to track down network issues from various locations and get a feel for network latency too. Thanks Paul

Rest API Constants- Last 90 Days
I need there to be a constant for the api that pulls data from the last 90 days. I know you can use a custom constant and use a date 3 months back, however it need this to be a flowing 90 days and not hard code the date
Server Monitoring from On-Premise Poller
When is going to be available the feature on the On-Premise Poller to perform server monitoring, plugin monitoring etc.
Expanding on 3rd Party Integration Level to better manage which monitors are included
When adding a 3rd party integration, we only have two options, specific monitors or all monitors: It would be nice to have a 3rd options for Monitor Groups so we can preselect which groups are to use the integration and then we don't have to keep adding monitors nor do we have to accept all monitor should we have groups that are used for informational only; this way, any new monitors added to the selected group will have the integration already added to its alert options. Right User for Dashboard and Reporting

REST API Transaction - 1,5 minutes frequency & shell access required
We use REST API Transaction for 2-3 steps transactions. They took usually up to 5 seconds. The highest frequency for this type of monitors is 10 minutes. Having very tight SLA'a it is to less. We need to have 1 and 5 minutes frequency. In addition this type of monitoring should have a simple shell access to be able to run basic & simple scripts (otherwise it is difficult to use this feature comparing to jMeeter and Zabbibx). VMWare datastore free space as %
Currently the datastore monitor feature requires you to use number of GB free as the monitor. This means I had to create 3 different monitors for different sized disks. And a 4th larger disk one should have been created. Please consider also going % free as an option in the thresholds for Datastore. That was you can apply a 10% or 15% free threshold to all datastores. Thanks!

Maybe the product could integrate with Splashtop or something similar to be able to remote control a windows machine directly from the app in case of issue? I like the product but it is lacking a few features to be a full RMM solution (Remote control, patch management, AV monitoring, more helpdesk integrations)
Status page subscriptions
I would like to have an option on the status pages for users to enter their email address and subscribe to any notifications, or even better; the user could select which service(s) they?d like to receive notifications for. If there is an outage, or planned maintenance, the users would be notified via email.
Status Page Maintenance Time Zone
When creating a status page and allowing it to display scheduled maintenance, the time of the scheduled maintenance is displayed but there is no indication of what time zone is associated with the time. With our customers accessing the page from time zones throughout North America and beyond, it would be helpful for it to also indicate the time zone so customers know exactly when the maintenance will occur.
Acknowledge an alert
Hi, Could the following feature be added: The ability to mark an alert as Acknowledged, which would then turn the alert back to green and would only alert again if the status of that alert changed.
Smaller Icons for Infrastructure Map
One icon on Size 1 (the smallest), is massive and can cover up most countries; 2 icons to cover all of Australia.. Most organisations using this system are global players and frequently will have multiple services in the same city or suburb and should be a quick fix. Please add some smaller sizes, most other systems just require a dot, any other detail you mouse over the node to find out more info.
User managment and Audio alarm in Site24x7
Dear Team, Site 24 x 7 is very good tool from M/s ZOHO which our organization is using currently. It is very useful tool and very well designed.However some need to be improve a lot in the following aspects. 1. User management . 2. Audio alarm. 1. Schedule Maintenance for a specific attribute of a monitor.
Hi, Looking for an option to schedule maintenance on an attribute of a monitor, for example, we know that between 1p-3p every day the CPU spikes for x reason, but during that time we don't want to be alerted for the CPU threshold being passed, but we still want to receive alerts for other attributes. Currently only the monitor as a whole can be put in maintenance mode. Thanks.
Graph or Report of Page Views Per day for RUM applications
We require a breakdown of Page Views Per day for RUM monitoring for applications either in a report that can be exported to csv or a visible graph on the site. It is currently going to take me hours to manually pull this data to create a report for the entire year.

Folders or some manner of organization for Custom Dashboards
We use alot of custom dashboards and it is starting to become a little unmanageable as there doesn't seem to be any way to organize them. It would be nice if there were some way we could partition custom dashboards so that they're not all just under the "Custom Dashboard" section.
Alert for drive removed or deleted from server

Right now the current limit is "Please Enter a number between 1-20 for count, 1-120 for time" - maximum of 2 hours. Can this be increased to be at least 6 hours? Thank you
Send custom notes with monitor alerts
I'm surprised that Site24x7 nor Pager Duty already do this but can we get a feature added to Site24x7 that will allow custom notes to be added to monitor alerts and have that also get passed along with the alerts to third party tools like Pager Duty? The basis for this is when a team has a monitor setup and want to add steps for triage or maybe a link that goes to a page with resolution steps for their support or operation teams. Ex: Say server X is running a web server and that web server goes down

Increase amount of Widgets possible on Dashboard
Today it is being limited to 24 widgets per dashboard, however, we have a cluster with a number close to 35. I would like to create a dashboard where i can analyze in a macro environment, which instance is consuming more memory. Show 99 percentile, and also 99.9 percentile values for KPIs in graph
Currently a few graphs on the web app and mobile app show the line for the 95% percentile. This is very useful! but we are missing an even more interesting metric the 99% percentile, and also 99.9. How would it be possible to see those two new lines 99 percentile and 99.9 percentile on graphs? this will really help us understand how fast our services are for most customers and help us improve speed and reliability. Feature Request: Schedule Maintenance on sub-group level
Dear, It would be nice if one could schedule maintenance on sub-group level.
Better Maintenance Windows
Would be nice to have a maintenance creator window where we can select multiple time spans for outages on a calendar type window at 15 minute intervals. Something like in this screenshot for repeat weekly setting: Doing something like this would remove the tedious work of creating multiple time windows for the same check. Using the outline above I would have had to manually create about 9 windows.
Exclude monitors from Third Party Integration based on tags
It would be nice if we could add monitors to site24x7, but prevent them from sending alerts. On Third Party Integration level one would be able to set tags that would "mute" certain monitors.

ssl check support for hosts that use client certs
I noticed that if you try to add an SSL certificate monitor on a host that requires client certificates for a connection, the monitor does not function, instead claiming that SSL is not supported by the host—a configuration error. While it's true that the monitor wouldn't be able to connect to such a host without a client certificate, it should still be able to read server certificate information, and thus fulfill the intent of the SSL certificate monitor. Time based checks
Hi All, Currently we are using Nagios to monitor our infrastructure. And with Nagios you have the possibility to define time based checks. Let's say I can create a 8x5 (office times) group. The services (monitor as you want) will then only be monitored in office times. This is a little showstopper for us now :-( Regards, Rodehoed

Was looking around online at tools and saw that Pingdom has a very intuitive way to setup Synthetic checks. This would an awesome move forward for Site24x7 to move away from the Selenium way to setup tests. This would not only make things easier but improve the setup process for customers looking at moving into the Synthetics. Mute a monitor or alert
Sometimes when a server or monitor is producing alerts and you want it to continue to monitor it. You don't want to suspend or place the monitor in maintenance. It would be nice to have a "mute" for a monitor or a "silence monitor for x minutes" option in the app and web. Thanks Eric

Custom reports for plugin monitors
Hi, we've written a PowerShell script and created a custom plugin monitor for the multiple hosts that will retrieve some software versions. But we cannot get version information of all hosts from the plugin reports in the way you can get information via custom reports for normal monitors.
