Would be nice to have a maintenance creator window where we can select multiple time spans for outages on a calendar type window at 15 minute intervals. Something like in this screenshot for repeat weekly setting:

Doing something like this would remove the tedious work of creating multiple time windows for the same check.  Using the outline above I would have had to manually create about 9 windows.
