Issue
In your Microsoft 365 monitor, you are unable to see health and performance metrics.
Reasons and solutions
This could be due to any of the following:
Insufficient permissions to Site24x7
During Microsoft 365 monitor creation, you have to assign the permissions listed in this help document. Failure to do so will result in errors in data collection.
Permission type is Delegated
When you grant permissions to Site24x7, make sure the permissions are Application. A common pitfall our users face is that they assign the permission type as Delegated. Site24x7 requires the Application permission type for seamless data collection.
Admin consent is not provided
In the Configured permissions tab, check if all permissions have Admin consent. Without Admin consent, there will be data collection failure.

Some metrics aren't updated
A few metrics are collected through Report APIs from Microsoft. These metrics are refreshed only once a day, and Site24x7 collects them only once a day.
