No data for user-level metrics in Office 365

No data for user-level metrics in Office 365

You may not be able to obtain data for user-level metrics for your Microsoft 365 monitor because the user names and group names from the Microsoft API response might be encrypted. This can be avoided by turning off the setting. To troubleshoot, follow the steps below:
  1. Log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
  2. Go to Settings > Org settings

  3. Click on Reports.

  4. Deselect the option Display concealed user, group, and site names in all reports.

  5. Save the changes.
From the next data collection, you will be able to see stats in the Site24x7 web client for user mailbox.
You should be a Global Administrator to perform the above actions.
