Service or process not added

Why is my service/process not getting added for monitoring?

  1. Ensure the service/process is running. Only active services/processes will be discovered.
  2. Retry the discovery process after clicking on the refresh icon in the Discover Services and Processes popup. Refer to this article for step-by-step instructions
  3. Insufficient licensing. Check how many services/process can be added per server monitor.
If the issue persists, zip the agent logs and send it to support@site24x7.com
