Customize Availability SLA reports

Avoid Scheduled Maintenance window from affecting my Availability SLA reports

By default, when SLA reports are generated, monitors under maintenance will not be considered as 'Up' or 'Available'. 
However, you can customize these reports to treat the monitors as up during the scheduled maintenance time period. Also, follow the steps below:
  1. Log In to Site24x7.
  2. Navigate to Admin > Report Settings > Customize Report.
  3. Toggle to Yes near the In reports, treat monitors as UP during maintenance period field.
