Change the current organization name

How can I change my current organization name?

If you'd like to change your company name—for instance, from Zylker to Vtitan—follow the below steps:
  1. Log in to Site24x7.
  2. Navigate to My Account > Change Organization Name.

  3. On clicking Change Organization Name, you will be redirected to Zoho Directory. You need to be the owner of a Zoho Directory account to access this page. Create a Zoho Directory account if you do not have an existing one. Learn how to transfer ownership of an existing Zoho Directory account.
  4. In the page that opens in Zoho Directory, click on the Edit button in the top-right corner of the page.

  5. In the Edit Organization Information pop-up that opens, change the Company Name under COMPANY INFORMATION.

  6. Click Update
