How can I change my current organization name?
If you'd like to change your company name—for instance, from Zylker to Vtitan—follow the below steps:
- Log in to Site24x7.
- Navigate to My Account > Change Organization Name.
- On clicking Change Organization Name, you will be redirected to Zoho Directory. You need to be the owner of a Zoho Directory account to access this page. Create a Zoho Directory account if you do not have an existing one. Learn how to transfer ownership of an existing Zoho Directory account.
- In the page that opens in Zoho Directory, click on the Edit button in the top-right corner of the page.
- In the Edit Organization Information pop-up that opens, change the Company Name under COMPANY INFORMATION.
- Click Update.
