Mandatory domain verification to use a custom domain

Hi there,
 
We would like to inform you that we have added a new step for domain verification. Verification of domain ownership can ensure the security of your email server and prevent spamming and phishing. 
 
You can complete this verification by collecting a unique key:
  • Log in to your Site24x7 MSP account.
  • Navigate to My Account > Custom Domain > View Record.
  • Copy the key from the View Record section and map it to your domain name server record.
You may refer to this document to learn how to add a domain verification key to your DNS TXT record.
It is mandatory to complete domain verification. Without this verification, you won't be able to add Client Portal users. Please complete the domain verification process on or before 30, June 2024, to use your custom domain. Feel free to contact us for further clarifications at support@site24x7.com.
