IPAM Functionality Already Available in Site24x7?
Just wanted to ask this question, since I'm not sure if it would actually be a Feature Request for something that doesn't exist yet. Can the onsite Premise Poller be used to provide some sort of IPAM functionality currently in Site24x7? We haven't been using an IPAM for a few years now (previously had the Solarwinds one but then it stopped working and never was replaced). I understand ManageEngine has an IPAM product, but it would be nice to have it be part of the SaaS Site24x7 product instead. Thank
Adding manually a downtime for a monitor
Hi Site24x7 Team, In our case sometimes a webmonitor does not see that a webpage is down. Because the monitor was testing not the complete situation. It would be helpful to be able to manually add a downtime for a monitor so that reports are more correct. Regards, Torsten
SSH and RDP Login Notifications

Automation using the site's 24x7 functions

Right now it is possible to exclude AWS resources based on specific tags. This is great! Would it be possible to offer the reverse logic as well: only include resources with a specific tag?
Signals - 24 hour format to maintenance and incidents

alert for Suspended Monitors
I need to get alert for a long time Suspended Monitors, as some times our users suspend monitors for a too long time like ( 13 hours ) I need to get alert for such cases
How to generate alert from SNMP poll value
I would like to raise an alert based on the value returned by a SNMP poll of one or more OIDs of a network device. Also, potentially store those values for future performance reporting, if possible. I believe that none of the above features are available in site 24x7. Can someone offer any help please? Thanks, Ash
Reporting Upgrades
SIte24x7 needs better reporting functionality. The base reports out of Site24x7 are limited. We should be able to generate a report for Availability (%up %down) down to the hour for a any day of the week.
How to stop alert storm
We are monitoring a number of services in each server which are related to antivirus, web protection and security. There are altogether 10 + services per server. The issue is whenever there is an update on AV signature or threat database etc, services stop and starts automatically and we do receive 20+ email alert per server - one for each service down and the other for each service up. We are monitoring 400+ servers. You can calculate the number of emails this is generating!! Is there a way to group

network device - allow to delete an interface from a network device
Hi, It will be good to have the option to delete an interface from a network device when its not needed anymore. Currently the closet option is to suspend the interface, which is not very clean. Ideally in my environment I would like to see 0 suspended monitor/interface. Regards, Ash
Inventory view with names and IP address

DNS Monitor: TXT Records with Substring Search
Hello, DNS TXT records are used for SPF entries in order to prevent SPAM on the internet. Currently, there is no ability to monitor TXT records with a Site24x7 DNS Monitor. We need to be able to monitor a DNS TXT record to see if a sub-string is found in the results in order to validate that our mail server IP address is in the SPF text of a TXT record. [Feature Request] New log type
I sent an email to support, but I just got an automatic answer back, so I am forced to write my request here. We want to use AppLogs feature, but our app generate logs by the following pattern: it creates log files with names those contain date, for example, 20190922. Every day it creates a new log file. A log file itself does not contain date field, only time. We want to analyse such logs, but www.site24x7.com/ doesn not support such log types / cases. Is it possible to implement this in the future?
[Feature Request] Descriptive tab names
When I have multiple Site24x7 tabs open, they are all called "Site24x7". This is very confusing because I can't really know what page of Site24x7 I am on by just looking at the tab name. Ideally, the name would reflect what part of the website I am on.

Windows Updates?
I would like to know if a server has pending critical updates for greater than X hours or days. Leaving public facing servers unprotected is a serious risk. There are other ways that this information can be gotten, but I would prefer to have it in a central monitoring app rather than running multiple monitoring apps.

Currently Site24x7 only has a 12 hour clock option - could we request that a 24 hour clock option be included in future releases?

Dashboard - colours are inconsistent
I am seeing inconsistencies in depth of colour of monitor status for various dashboards. For example the colour of monitors that shows all of my monitors (attachment everything) is much darker compared to colour of the status of monitor groups (attachment status_group.png or down_all.png) in another dashboard, which is much lighter. Not sure if its because of the size of the tiles. But this needs to be fixed, otherwise its confusing, specifically so when I am presenting these dashboards to my non
SNMP Trap Processor
Currently there are only a handful trap processors available in site24x7 by default. It will be good to have the capability to import SNMP trap definitions in site24x7 "Trap Processors" from the vendor MIBs instead of adding one by one. Imagine manually adding few hundred trap definitions, how much time it will take. Not feasible. Thanks, Ash

Add Dashboard rotation feature
We are building some dashboards for use in some screens but we would like to avoid "screen burning" damage by rotating dashboards. Right now we are looking for third parties to let us change dashboards automatically but it would be great if you could build a dashboard group, set a timer and let Site24x7 rotate through the list automatically.

Add Monitor for Dell servers via iDrac SNMP
Dell's iDRAC equipment and software provides SNMP information that we would like to monitor in Site 24x7. Availability rounded to two digits
Can you enable higher accuracy for calculated availability? Currently if downtime in calculated period is below 0.01%, then availability is still reported as 100% which is not true. Custom setting or at least 4 digits would be helpful.

exclude selected downtime period from the SLA Report
Hello team, We have a requirement to exclude the selected time-period/downtime-period from the SLA report generation time period . We require this as the few downtime are due to some internal problem and does not effect the end user. Currently this feature in not available. I will suggest site24x7 development team to add this feature as this will help to create a more accurate SLA report.
Bulk Update/Remove Outages from Monitors
We had a monitor that was constantly failing because we were provided the wrong endpoint. We did not realize this until a long time after and there are literally hundreds of outages that we will need to either mark as maintenance or remove so the availability is not skewed. It would be great to be able to have the option to bulk remove/update outages from the Outages tab on a Monitor.
SLA schedule reports
I was creating SLA reports monthly based on the monitors, I need to schedule the Availability SLA and Composite SLA every month at midnight. currently there is no option to do that could you please suggest if there is a way or a feature request. Thank you.
APM Insight - DB Conneciton Pool
