Read-only client agent mode
We have clients that want to be assured that we do not have the power to restart their services & processes. If the client agent had an option (set on the client itself) to disallow any actions, such as starting/stopping a service or process, then that would llow us to assure the client that we can't make changes are are, in-fact, just doing monitoring.
Third Party Integration by Monitor Type
It would be nice to have more options for adding or removing monitors from third party integrations. For instance with a PagerDuty integration, we have two options. Either select all monitors or individually select each monitor. It would be nice to have an option for monitor type and/or monitor group .
Override cpu and memory thresholds
Right now, one can easily override Threshold and Availability profiles on monitor level for disk space. For example, one can set this on profile level: And then on monitor level do this to override that value: This is great, because one can override this profile setting on a more specific level. It would be even better if we could do the same for Memory and CPU thresholds. So configure let's say 85% CPU on profile level, but override that on monitor level for one specific monitor. Add a process or service to a server monitor by api
When we spin up servers we want to be able to add the specific services/processes that are important to that server to be actively monitored. For instance, say we are spinning up a filemaker service on a windows server, we want that filemaker service to be monitored & we just need to make sure it is monitored so if it crashes or stops we can be alerted.
Schedule Maintenance start time = now
Would it be possible to add a checkbox next to the start time box when scheduling a new maintenance window that updates the time to be exactly "now" (including the seconds). I have sysadmins that want to take something down and having them have to wait 1 to 2 minutes because the interface is lacking makes them grumble. Change scheduled maintenance window once it is active
It would really be nice if we could change a scheduled maintenance window while it is active. Suppose you are in the process of doing maintenance and you have a 4 hour maintenance window set up. After 3 hours you are done and you would like to see Site24x7 start testing again so you can confirm everything is okay before you go home. The only way I can see to do that is to completely delete the maintenance window. I would like to keep the maintenance window there for historical reasons. Is there some
Add option to Windows agent to pause monitoring/enter maintenance until next reboot
Sometimes we need to perform one-off restarts of servers and do not think to pause the server monitor on the site. Can an option be added to the agent to enable a maintenance mode or monitoring pause? This would keep monitors from alerting when needing a quick reboot. Thanks Eric

Fixed and consistent polling intervals between primary and non primary locations
Please equalize the polling frequency of non primary location to the primary location polling frequency \ interval. for Example: If my primary location is London and the poll interval for this monitor is 1 min please make all relevant location poll every 1 min and not every 30 minutes.
Incident Reason in overview
When you browse to the monitors page, and click on NOC view, it lists the reason for each incident. However, in list view it does not (only Monitor Name, Performance and Last Polled). Would it be possible to add an extra column with the incident reason?
Email Alert Window
To allow email alerts to be sent out during a certain period. Some concept as sms/voicecall window just for emails.
Support SNI for SSL certificates
SNI allows multiple SSL/TLS hostnames on one IP/port. While a website might appear to live on a load balancer or CDN, the webserver may have a certificate installed for fallback. If the DNS entry for a domain directs to the CDN or load balancer and the webserver hosts multiple websites with certificates, there is no way to check each certificate if different ports are not used. In the Cloudflare example, even without SNI, a server may be configured not to respond without a proper hostname request.
MFA Sending Number
When you enable two factor on an account, if it possible for you all to send all Zoho verification codes from a single SMS phone number? Reason, our phones puts SMS text messages from non-contacts in an Unknown & Junk folder and no alert is given. I could create a contact if the number stayed the same. Thanks Eric

Feature Request - MS Exchange additional queue thresholds
Please can you add some additional threshold values that alert on Transport Queues, the data is populated in the console but we have no way of being alerted if the queue size increases.
Website Monitor : Content is modified : show me the diff
When a get content modified alerts it takes me a lot of time to download the attachment and open it up in a difference tool to compare it with the stable version (which I also tend to download from the RCA tab). It would save me a ton of time if you had a show diff tool linked from these emails.
Feature Request - Web Transaction (Browser) Step Number/Details included in SMS Alerts
Hi guys, I have been advised by support to raise this feature request here so it can be added to the roadmap. We have noticed with the SMS alerts, they only tell you the name of the monitor that is down and time. We would like to request that the web transaction (browser) step number and description of the step is included in the SMS text body when one of the website transaction monitors goes down or one of the steps has an issue. This way, the recipient will know exactly where the transaction is

nginx support for WordPress plugin
I was reading through your site on how to monitor WordPress. We already have the RUM setup complete. Now I wanted to play with www.site24x7.com/plugins/wordpress-plugin-monitoring.html However, this only seems to support apache, while we are running it under nginx. Is there a way you guys could add nginx support? Also, it assumes mysql is running in the same box, which is not the case. We are using RDS for that.
Please add a back button to monitors when accessed from the NOC view
We run the NOC view in full screen mode in a browser. In NOC view we can click on a monitor to drill in and get more detail. This works great on a touch screen. Unfortunately, there is no way to go back to the NOC view from the monitor without exiting full screen browser mode, so a keyboard is needed to go back to regular mode so that the browsers back button can be pressed. A simple back button on each monitor's screen would be very helpful and allow the NOC view to be run like a kiosk. This obviously

APM: Show database names as well, not just the queries
When using APM, in my case for Jira (Java) and WordPress (PHP) I get valuable information about the database queries performed, but not the database named involved. When running multiple databases on the same server this can get confusing to debug.
Backup & recovery & MySQL cluster monitoring
Hallo, currently we are looking to move from nagios to other SAAS providers, Would be great if you guys can provide a platform where I can get a complete view of my db masters and slaves. Cisco Spark Integration
The Slack Integration works perfectly! We would like to have an equally great integration in Cisco Spark. Unfortunately only a webhook integration with restrictions is possible. Not all parameters can be send and it is not very well formatted.
Increase RDS Aurora Auto Scale polling time
We recently started using Aurora MySQL, including a read replica. We implemented an auto scaling policy. The policy worked successfully, the read replica came on board, offloaded the connections, then as things calmed down, the connections drained and it was removed. All told this process took 30 minutes. Site 24x7 never picked up the auto scaling RDS instance. I contacted support and the RDS polling time is hourly. Unless the auto scaling instance lasts for an hour, at the minimum, it will not be
Plugin Bulk Action and Import
I found a problem when I try to change a profile threshold for many plugins, there's no option to perform bulk association of a threshold profile for plugin monitors, another point is import the plugin csv file, after export it. Please, there's a way to implement this feature?

Getting granular availability from API
Currently, we can do checks down to a minute for websites in the app; but you can only get down to hourly data from the API. It would be nice to have the option to get this minute granular data via the API calls, maybe adding an extra arg in the call could work. Current use: '?period=0&unit_of_time=2' Posible use: '?type=URL&period=0&unit_of_time=2'
Show time zones whenever you prompt for dates/times
At various places in the UI, you're asking to get input for a date and/or time (e.g. when viewing reports, or setting up scheduled maintenance). Given the nature of your service I think it would be very helpful to show the time zone that you're using for these fields - given that it could be (a) my browser time zone, (b) my Site24x7 time zone, or (c) UTC. I'm pretty sure that it's (b), but in my opinion it'd be nice to make this more explicit and would help usability.
Adjustable Push Notifications
This may already be a feature although I can not find it anywhere. Although we can manage user notifications method and what type of alerts they will recieve. If that user is sign in to there account via the app, the push notifications seem to under mine these settings. For example... If user "Joe.Blogs" is set up only to recieve the `Up` and `Down` alerts. If they sign in to the app on there phone they would recieve a notifcations for `New Devices` and `Trouble Monitors` in addition to the preset

Display Customer's Device Key on the Customers Accounts page on a MSP plan
It would be nice if a customer's Device Key was listed on the Customer Accounts page on a MSP plan. As far as I can tell, the only way to find the Device Key for a particular customer is to click on the specific Customer from the Customer Health View from the MSP dashboard. Then click to add a monitor, then click to "Add Server Monitor". I'm currently installing the agent for new customers using a powershell script, so I'm not going to the "Add Server Monitor" page each time to download the agent

Wondering if anyone could create a traceroute monitor so we can monitor routes from different ISP's.
Mark outages as "No impact event"

Speaking about outages, we have the option to mark as an outage event as "Maintenance" and that is useful so the SLAs are not affected by it.
