Feature Request - MS Exchange additional queue thresholds
Please can you add some additional threshold values that alert on Transport Queues, the data is populated in the console but we have no way of being alerted if the queue size increases.
Website Monitor : Content is modified : show me the diff
When a get content modified alerts it takes me a lot of time to download the attachment and open it up in a difference tool to compare it with the stable version (which I also tend to download from the RCA tab). It would save me a ton of time if you had a show diff tool linked from these emails.
Feature Request - Web Transaction (Browser) Step Number/Details included in SMS Alerts
Hi guys, I have been advised by support to raise this feature request here so it can be added to the roadmap. We have noticed with the SMS alerts, they only tell you the name of the monitor that is down and time. We would like to request that the web transaction (browser) step number and description of the step is included in the SMS text body when one of the website transaction monitors goes down or one of the steps has an issue. This way, the recipient will know exactly where the transaction is

nginx support for WordPress plugin
I was reading through your site on how to monitor WordPress. We already have the RUM setup complete. Now I wanted to play with www.site24x7.com/plugins/wordpress-plugin-monitoring.html However, this only seems to support apache, while we are running it under nginx. Is there a way you guys could add nginx support? Also, it assumes mysql is running in the same box, which is not the case. We are using RDS for that.
Please add a back button to monitors when accessed from the NOC view
We run the NOC view in full screen mode in a browser. In NOC view we can click on a monitor to drill in and get more detail. This works great on a touch screen. Unfortunately, there is no way to go back to the NOC view from the monitor without exiting full screen browser mode, so a keyboard is needed to go back to regular mode so that the browsers back button can be pressed. A simple back button on each monitor's screen would be very helpful and allow the NOC view to be run like a kiosk. This obviously

APM: Show database names as well, not just the queries
When using APM, in my case for Jira (Java) and WordPress (PHP) I get valuable information about the database queries performed, but not the database named involved. When running multiple databases on the same server this can get confusing to debug.
Backup & recovery & MySQL cluster monitoring
Hallo, currently we are looking to move from nagios to other SAAS providers, Would be great if you guys can provide a platform where I can get a complete view of my db masters and slaves. Cisco Spark Integration
The Slack Integration works perfectly! We would like to have an equally great integration in Cisco Spark. Unfortunately only a webhook integration with restrictions is possible. Not all parameters can be send and it is not very well formatted.
Increase RDS Aurora Auto Scale polling time
We recently started using Aurora MySQL, including a read replica. We implemented an auto scaling policy. The policy worked successfully, the read replica came on board, offloaded the connections, then as things calmed down, the connections drained and it was removed. All told this process took 30 minutes. Site 24x7 never picked up the auto scaling RDS instance. I contacted support and the RDS polling time is hourly. Unless the auto scaling instance lasts for an hour, at the minimum, it will not be
Plugin Bulk Action and Import
I found a problem when I try to change a profile threshold for many plugins, there's no option to perform bulk association of a threshold profile for plugin monitors, another point is import the plugin csv file, after export it. Please, there's a way to implement this feature?

Getting granular availability from API
Currently, we can do checks down to a minute for websites in the app; but you can only get down to hourly data from the API. It would be nice to have the option to get this minute granular data via the API calls, maybe adding an extra arg in the call could work. Current use: '?period=0&unit_of_time=2' Posible use: '?type=URL&period=0&unit_of_time=2'
Show time zones whenever you prompt for dates/times
At various places in the UI, you're asking to get input for a date and/or time (e.g. when viewing reports, or setting up scheduled maintenance). Given the nature of your service I think it would be very helpful to show the time zone that you're using for these fields - given that it could be (a) my browser time zone, (b) my Site24x7 time zone, or (c) UTC. I'm pretty sure that it's (b), but in my opinion it'd be nice to make this more explicit and would help usability.
Adjustable Push Notifications
This may already be a feature although I can not find it anywhere. Although we can manage user notifications method and what type of alerts they will recieve. If that user is sign in to there account via the app, the push notifications seem to under mine these settings. For example... If user "Joe.Blogs" is set up only to recieve the `Up` and `Down` alerts. If they sign in to the app on there phone they would recieve a notifcations for `New Devices` and `Trouble Monitors` in addition to the preset

Can have user session monitoring in Magento application? So can see the flow of the particular user's requests, which is necessary when a user reported issue so that we can track what happened

Display Customer's Device Key on the Customers Accounts page on a MSP plan
It would be nice if a customer's Device Key was listed on the Customer Accounts page on a MSP plan. As far as I can tell, the only way to find the Device Key for a particular customer is to click on the specific Customer from the Customer Health View from the MSP dashboard. Then click to add a monitor, then click to "Add Server Monitor". I'm currently installing the agent for new customers using a powershell script, so I'm not going to the "Add Server Monitor" page each time to download the agent
Traceroute Monitor
Wondering if anyone could create a traceroute monitor so we can monitor routes from different ISP's.
Mark outages as "No impact event"
Hello. I have been using Site24x7 since a year ago and it is an excellent tool. Speaking about outages, we have the option to mark as an outage event as "Maintenance" and that is useful so the SLAs are not affected by it. If you add another option that we could call by now "No impact event" we could mark outages that are not maintenance and that have no effect to the SLAs, so the availability indicator and SLAs indicators keep the same. Are there any plans to allow for more meaningful urls for dashboards instead of that long random generated URL? Something like https://www.site24x7.com/public/dashboard/<name_of_dashboard>
Maintenance Windows
Some of my VMs are scheduled to be down from (example) day 10 to day 25 of each month (for cost saving reasons). Setting up maintenance windows for this is really painful - I need to create one maintenance schedule for each day, and I can't clone existing schedules just to change the date part. Any chance we can get a more sophisticated date selection UI?
Enable Variables and Templates in the Dashboard
We would like to create a dashboard containing a lot of information from an instance, but there should be a selecion of the product I want to analyze, where it would update the information in the dashboard. Attached prin screen of another solution where is is possible to make such a configuration. We would like to do this on Site24x7.
Websites: "Multiple Perf. Graphs in one chart" - Please vote and help me for this feature request
We need a possibility to compare the response time for three ore more websites in one graph on our status page. Currently there is only one graph for one website available. It's not possible to compare different websites in one chart. We need this feature to invastigate response time issues on our tomcat or webserver. We need this feature for our development team which will monitor the environment on the status page only. Please vote for this feature - thumbs up! :)

Exchange Server was RTM in Oct 1, 2015, and Exchange Server 2016CU1 was released March 15, 2016 so I would have thought over 1 year after release it would be supported.
Cumulative Charts in APM
Hello, an option to create or configure cumulated Response-time and throughput-Charts for a monitor-group consisting of APM-Monitors would be great., because an APM-Application can consist of an application-cluster and so it would be great to see the performance of the cluster. Cheers Jens

Alert on individual step performance in a transaction
Please include a way to alert if a particular step within a transaction test is not performing. Currently, it is only possible to monitor the entire transaction as a whole.
Group support for MSP's
Right now, when we need to provide MSP level access to one of our engineers, we need to add him manually to all existing MSP Customer accounts. This is very tedious. We would like to be able to have group support for MSP's, where we can create groups, add MSP users to those groups, and provide access to MSP accounts based on those groups.
Stop Autodiscovery and Auto adding checks
I get the reasoning behind auto-discovery and I like the feature, what is not cool is auto adding things to our account.. For example, we wanted to check out the VmWare check but it kept adding tons of other checks and sending out tons of false alerts, not to mention it uses up checks that customers may need or just do not have. This is not a good way to go about doing things. What should be done instead is continue doing autodiscovery but pop-up a window that asks customers if they want to add the

Currently, we can bulk add things to check like IT Automation, would be nice to be able to bulk remove these from checks where they are already set up.
DNS resolving IP logger
Hi, I want to ask for monitor that does the following: I configure an address, for instance, test.test.com I want the monitor, for every poll, to resolve the IP of this address from the default DNS of the locations I choose (from the list of location monitors) and log it so I can view it later (Example: a log of resolving IP every 5 minutes from Tokyo, London, and Paris). logs should be something like this: [Time] - Resolving IP of test.test.com. Bulk changes to alert groups
We need a view where I click on a group and see all of the monitors that group is connected to. I need to be able to move alerts around as our company changes.
Device wise performance of web-pages
Hi team, Just a suggestion... It would be good to have device wise performance monitoring tool in Site24x7. For example, if we want to test the performance of a web page in iPhone-5, I should be able to do it in Site24x7 which I think is not currently available. Thanks team
