I have been advised by support to raise this feature request here so it can be added to the roadmap.

We have noticed with the SMS alerts, they only tell you the name of the monitor that is down and time. We would like to request that the web transaction (browser) step number and description of the step is included in the SMS text body when one of the website transaction monitors goes down or one of the steps has an issue.

This way, the recipient will know exactly where the transaction is failing on our websites for example.

The SMS alerts are very basic at the moment and dont provide much detail or provide a way for the SMS alerts to be customised by customers, or allow at least some form of basic customization (limit based obviously)
