Uptime calculations in Availability Widgets to exclude Maintenance Time

Currently in both the Dashboard Availability Widgets as well as the email based Availability Summary Reports, outages from Maintenance time is counted toward uptime (or so it appears).  While this may be accurate from a pure uptime calculation, we need the ability to have the report exclude Maintenance time just like the full Availability Report can do.  For customers who use these reports and dashboards to communicate SLA uptime with customers, this lack of accuracy causes significant problems.
