Hi,

I'd like to know if I can be alerted via different medium in case of false alarm. i.e. for the 1st error, I'd like to be notified via email, and if it failed in the 2nd test (or not back up in 10 minutes), I'd like to be notified via SMS.

I saw similar responses but seems not the same scenario:

Delay would delay all alerts, I'll miss the 1st error

Escalation goes to different users, not the same use
