I am trying to format Email Templates where Content will have newline character to make things readable its look messy otherwise

Expected Format of Content

Monitor Name: $MONITORNAME,

Act on above...

What we get as of now in Content (newline charter missing, mess text format)  
####  Alert #####  Monitor Group:  $GROUPNAME, Monitor Type: $MONITORTYPE, Monitor Name: $MONITORNAME, Monitor Status: $STATUS,Act on above... ####  Alert #####
