When you create an account in Site24x7, it's automatically mapped to a Zoho Org account by default. If you're already part of an existing Zoho account and would like to access Site24x7, your access level depends on your role in the Zoho Org account. For example, if your role in Zoho Org is User but you’re a Super Admin in Site24x7, you won't be able to add new users since your Zoho Org role doesn't have this privilege. In this case, you can contact the respective Super Admin at the Zoho Org level

Unable to see stats between 2 dates
Hi Team, I am not able to see APM stats between 2 dates, for example, I want to see stats between 13th Dec to 23rd Dec. There is an option of custom dates but that is for comparing the stats for 2 dates, but I want to see the stats between 2 dates. Is it possible?

Business Hour option not working for historical data
Hi team, I created a support request as I wanted to get information for server monitor performance reports for past 3 or 6 months. We use these reports to recommend if the server needs upgrade. But problem is when selecting historical data, business hours are not considered and number and graph in the report are not showing the true stats. How to customize slack notifications
The slack notification messages are gigantic, I want to trim almost all of the data out but can't find how to do it. My goal is to get one line notifications only from DOWN events, such as "https://example.org/ 8.13.4.256 is Down" - nothing else. How can I make this happen? I want to use slack reactions to see if a certain notification is handled or not. APM Insight dot net agent traces
Hi Team, I am not getting all traces for whichever requests I hit on browser also fond that agent is not capturing traces consistently. Sometimes I am getting only 2-3 traces or sometimes I am not getting any traces. API to see just the current Alerts
I am looking to hit an API endpoints to pull just a list of current alerts. I can hit www.site24x7.com/api/current_status?group_required=false which will give me a full list of all the checks and then parse out the ones that are alerting but seems like overkill if I just want to see the current alerts. I did see the endpoint for www.site24x7.com/api/reports/alarm but that requires a time frame. After looking through the API reference guide I am at a loss to see just current alarms. I am new to site24x7
Persistent Trouble Notifications.
I would like to receive persistent alert notifications should any volume on a server exceed the specified utilization threshold. So, for example, if the usage of a volume on a server exceeds 85% capacity, I would receive an application and e-mail alert every day or every hour until the condition is cleared. We are trying to replace an on-prem Nagios server with Site24x7 and continual, almost nagging alerts/notifications is a must.
AWS Stockholm region support
It's now been a few months Since the AWS stockholm region was launched. However, it's still not supported by s247. You therefore can't use the 'exclude/inlcude' feature when integrating you AWS account.
Add ability to create thresholds with poll count for Disk Busy % metric
Right now there doesn't seem to be a very good way to alert on I/O utilization on Windows servers. It seems like the only collected metrics related to I/O for my windows server is Disk Idle/Busy Percentage. Unfortunately this metric does not support creating thresholds that can alert by looking at the value over multiple polling periods. I can only create alerts that look at the Disk Busy Percentage for the last poll which is not really useful as it is much too noisy. Can this be added?
Monitor top processes by CPU use, rather than % of overall CPU
Hi, It would be really useful for us to be able to monitor the top CPU processes and their use of CPU over time, rather than a % CPU utilisation. As it stands, it's not very useful for me to see that a node process is using 100% of the 2% overall CPU. I'd like to know what processes are active and eating up CPU when the CPU spikes up. This would be really useful as a graph that can be added to a dashboard or if not, a snapshot that's captured when a monitor on total CPU sets off a "trouble" alert.
Integration with statuspage.io
Hi, I would like to integrate Site24x7 with statuspage.io I know it is currently not supported to automatically integrate Site24x7 with this 3rd party, so I tried to use API messages, but I need PATCH and only POST and GET are currently available. If you receive the error message "Your import task has failed" while you're trying to import your monitors into Site24x7, don't worry. You're not alone, and the fix is easy. This error message can occur if you attempt to rewrite default parameters with your previous values. Specifically for apps, need to be able to assign a technician from the notification screen. It is a quality of life change, and will help alert repsonsiveness. If nothing else, just a hyperlink on the notification screen to the specific alarm.
Running automations from MOBILE APP

Hi, I have seen a few difference request for sorting. It seems this is a HOT TOPIC. I do believe that we should be able to sort on any page we have a long list of monitor objects. Whether it would be sorting CPU Utilization from high to low or Sorting out from the huge list of monitors by Monitor Type so for example, I would be able to sort and see all my Website monitors, or RDS instances rather than just scroll though an assortments of random monitors. Connecting to BigQuery RestAPI via Rest API Transaction and OAuth
I'm trying to access biquery tables via BigQuery cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/reference/rest/v2/, where the authentication should be viaOAuth. I thought that 'Rest API Transaction' would be a way to go, so I have created an OAuth provider with scope,..etc. I think that I have manage to authorise the provider against my GCP (Google Cloud Platform). What is strange is, that refresh token is empty and that 'access token expiration time' is the time when I have initially authorised the OAuth provider.
Better Visibility of Accounts That Haven't Been Validated
It would great if in the Users & Alerts section would display an alert that an accounts email hasn't been validated. Right now you have to go into the individual account but if you could see that from the tile view of users it would be useful to see it on the accounts. Rest API issue
We are trying to set up a rest API with an HTTP call. However, when the setup is completed, is not liking the link and shows up as down. The link is valid, as the link/URL rest API is only used for internal use. We tried by setting an on-prem poller and no luck. Please advise. Are we missing something

RUM in a Angular 2+ application only showing 1 Path/page load.
I've set up my angular 6 App with a modified version of the AngularJS snippet to monitor it. I believe it basically does the same thing the snippet does (see below). But i'm not seeing the navigations of the user through the app (in the web pages tab of my RUM monitor). Only the first page/url is listed. RUM sampling for high traffic sites
Hi, We have newspaper sites to monitor. For now the RUM was a NO GO because of pricing. With a site of 300 millions page views a month, the cost will be an extra USD 7000 a month. Here is my requirement, In my site24x7 account, for example I have 300 basic monitors and 20 advanced monitors in use. i.e., customer 1 is using 100 basic and 10 advanced, customer 2 is using 50 basic and 5 advanced, and finally customer 3 is using 150 basic and 5 advanced monitors. I need an email notification , alert configuration , such that I will get the above usage details per customer. I am able to view it via GUI at MSP level, However I need to have this as email.
